Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Loved the atmosphere! The service from the entire team here were excellent and beyond professional. Really made my first time experience here unbelievably welcoming. I will definitely be back!

    As always, an amazing dining experience! We came for our anniversary dinner and everything was wonderful. Outstanding customer service from the host to the bartender who makes a killer drink to our lovely waitress who could not have been any nicer! Thank you for another memorable dining experience!

    A Five-Star Birthday Celebration at The Capital Grille We recently celebrated a birthday dinner at The Capital Grille, and the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we were seated, every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. We started with a delicious appetizer of lamb chops and a fresh, vibrant salad—both beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The ribeye steak for dinner was the highlight of the meal: tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Adding to the evening’s charm was the generous red and white wine tasting throughout the meal. Each pour was thoughtfully selected and paired wonderfully with our courses, enhancing every bite. What truly made the evening special was how The Capital Grille celebrated the birthday. Our table was sprinkled with festive confetti, and a personalized birthday card awaited us upon arrival. At the end of the meal, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert—complete with a candle—that was every bit as decadent as it was meaningful. The desserts were all five-star quality, and the service throughout the night was exceptional—attentive, gracious, and genuinely warm. This was more than just dinner—it was a celebration made memorable by impeccable food, thoughtful touches, and top-tier hospitality. Highly recommended for a special night out.

    We celebrated our 59th anniversary and were made to feel very special. We were welcomed with a Happy Anniversary and then our server, James, was very attentive and made our evening one to remember. First, the table was decorated with hearts and a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary. James, from explaining the specials and providing information on what was available to the end of our meal when we were feasted with dessert on a plate with Happy Anniversary in chocolate and champagne. I highly recommend Capital Grille in Dedham any time, but especially for a special occasion. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and attention given to us by James and everyone. At the end he took our picture and gave us a card with our picture on it. 5 stars to all!

    Nice upscale suburban restaurant, comfy and not noisy, so you can actually have a conversation, good food, great service and easy parking.
