    Third time and overall excellent experience again. Only issue was the special with scalllops and shrimp, the shrimp were overcooked. Rest of the food from start to finish excellent as is service.

    Everything was wonderful and I really enjoy your restaurant. One suggestion, we waited a long time for our dishes to be cleared after we were done dinner and when the server came to our table, he said “ can I get you the check” and we said no we would like to have dessert . I felt like he was rushing us, but he was very nice and we had a great time.

    We have been to ARTIGIANO about 5 times before last night. This was probably our worst dining experience there. There were several issues . Lets start with the table assigned to us. I generally use OPEN TABLE and hadc mde the reservation several weeks ago, specifying a table NOT in the frontof the restaurant. When my wife and I arrived the other couple was already sitting at a table IN the FRONT of the restaurant, at possibly the WORST table in the place, practically in the kitchen. Awful table totally violating my specific request madw weeks prior to our dining date. I would never have accepted the table had I arrived prior to our friends but did not want to disrupt te existing situation. But believe me, I was not at all happy. The waiter was generally pleasant and competent but the "special" lamb chops were offered with no price give. This should never occur at a good restaurant. In addition lamb chops should generally be accompanied by "mint jelly" condiment. When requested none was available and its existence seemed to be not even known by the staff. At one point the busboy askedcmy wife to pass him the mussel shell plate - not proper especially as my wife is highly allergic to all shell fish (of course the busboy did not know this but should be doing his job, not asking the patron to do it for him. The food itself was fine but these other problems detracted from my overall enjoyment and pleasure, especially the terrible assigned table. My wife tells me she will never return. I will not say never but it will be a long time . There are too many other places that do thing better and honor Open Table table placement requests appropriately.
