   Service was quite slow, our food came out warm leaning toward cold. I honestly was a little disappointed because this place is always jam packed so naturally my expectations were high.

   20min after being seated we still had not seen a server. We asked the host about it and she assured us we would have a server soon. Another 5-10min went by and we had to ask again, wait and then get sent a server. They were apologetic but not sure how they could not get this straight more quickly. Delicious breakfast once it was ordered.

   I really enjoyed the food, service and ambiance, I think you get the best of both worlds with the study space upstairs, the cute giftshop section filled with locally sourced items, and the cute/classy bakery and dinning area. The servers/staff were all friendly and accommodating.I will definitely be back!

   Shouldn't charge for bread with eggs or cream cheese & bagel. Come on!! Also serve biscuits please. One of my favorite places in Baltimore!

   Had a great time! Too bad they eliminated the dinner menu and ate closing 2 hours earlier. Server and bartender were exceptional!

   Great service. Food was alright. Their brunch is where they really shine. Other options were just ok.

   The salmon was HORRIBLE. It was extremely salty and i knew it was a very bad quality the moment i swallowed my first bite

   You know how you hype a place up, and then take someone there, and it is a BAD experience, so you end up feeling kind of embarrassed? Yeah, this was that. My husband and I got lukewarm lattes. My crab soup was also just somewhat warm. Tasted meh. They brought out the wrong entree for my husband, and at no time did they utter a "sorry". Instead, we were given a nonchalant "the dishes got mixed up, they're making it now". We waited for another 15 minutes for them to bring his food out. Luckily, I had a salad, so I didn't have to worry about my food getting cold while I waited with him. My Danish was delicious. I've had good meals here in the past, so maybe this was just a really "off" day.

   Hamburgers were inedible as they were so overcooked (All 3 of us had the same reaction). Impossible to eat after the first few bites as the bun fell apart. we all asked for sauces to be omitted...none were. The restaurant was very cold - service was slow even tho' the place was 1/2 empty
