    We were a bit disappointed in the food. One of us just ordered an appetizer as the dinner selections all contained a bit too much spice.

    We are vegan and it was disappointing of the chefs resistance to modify the existing ingredients to make it work for us. We have never experienced such an unwillingness to make even simple adjustments in all the restaurants we have gone to in over 5 continents. I do not recommend.

    Way overpriced, limited options, zero for kids, I expected more from a somewhat casual restaurant in Westin hotel, reservation was a 7:30 and got a phone call at 7:31 asking where we were!!?! But the most disgusting part of my meal was the waiter was sweating so much it was dripping on our table, menu and food, we spoke to management about it, but what could they do?! We should have left before the food was served but it was too late for the kids. Wouldn’t recommended it.

    Food was very tasty, but portions were small for the price charged. Service was fair - waiters never asked if we wanted more drinks or to have water glasses refilled. Restaurant was nice - right on the water with ocean views. There were ceiling fans everywhere- but the were not effective on a hot night.

    Excelent ambiance and the service was 10/10 everyone so friendly and helpful. The place it’s fancy exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be coming back !

    Fantastic experience for our anniversary. Food was excellent and we had great service! I got the 8oz filet prepared at medium and it was seared with an excellent crispy crust and a warm red/pink center. My wife enjoyed the Mahi Mahi and we both loved the horchata donuts. The homemade caramel sauce, whipped cream, and cinnamon ice cream drizzled over the hot donuts were so good! The drinks were excellent - I highly recommend the Mexican Old Fashioned. Also, it was our anniversary and we received a complimentary champaign toast! Our server, Ryelle, was very kind and attentive! Oh and not to mention the view!! The sunset view was spectacular!!

    Skip the chef selection and tequila tasting and instead, order straight off the menu. The food is absolutely delicious and the cocktails are amazing. Billy was a gracious and attentive waiter and was the star of the show. Would 100% return to dine again, but order directly from the menu.

    We had an incredible anniversary dinner at Isla Blue! We had the taquitos for our starter, the fresh catch of the day which was grilled scallops and octopus over a parmesan risotto as our entrees, and the donuts for dessert! Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Nadine, the general manager, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was up to par and made us feel like family from the moment we walked in! I highly recommend making the trip to St. Thomas to enjoy dinner at Isla Blue!
