Need to update online menu more frequently. Was looking forward to trying a couple things and they weren't on the menu at the restaurant.

The trashcan nachos were weird chips very little pour pork or chicken on him. Tons of black beans. I saw no cheese at all. Our waitress acted like she was put out being there even having to wait on us kept signing the whole time we asked for at the after our meal we asked for more iced tea. She wanted to put the check down and after we said, can we have a box and more iced tea? We got another sigh from her Picked up the check again and walked away came back slammed the tea at us. She acted like she was so put out having to wait on us. I had the tenderloin which was good but a lot of way too much lettuce on it no mustard no nothing on it very dry.

I was disappointed when I ordered a bloody Mary and got tomato juice with a Metric ton of celery salt in the same glass my water came in...no celery or any other thing it shows on the picture you advertised. And had to pay 10.00 for that...super disappointed...then the food came...was good but all three burgers we ordered had brown lettuce on them...the waitress said we'll it's dressed...I tasted no dressing just icky brown lettuce!

Our meals were all delicious. Quick service always and a very personable staff. Plus we had a view of Omaha.

it was very slow when i was there but our server was good and the food was good. we got the roast beef over toast with mashed potatoes and gravy

Had a reservation for 3 people. Arrived 10 mins early. Hostess was a little rude. She wouldn’t seat us until our reservation time but seated other walk in groups before us. That person was not the friendliest and cut us off when speaking. Our waitress was amazing on every level. Food and drinks were pretty good! Downside was the hostess and no beer on tap, which is odd.

The service was slow and the food was average. I was not overly impressed. When I see Guy on TV talking about and food and quality, I believe he would not have been 100% thrilled with my dinner either.

Everything tasted great! The trash can nachos and bacon Mac and cheese burger were what I got. The burger patty was seasoned to perfection and in combination with the garlic bun, the Mac and cheese and the donkey sauce, there were so many flavors that tied together so perfectly to create the perfect burger. the taste of the nachos was unmatched, with the black beans, the BBQ sauce, the pork, the Jalapeños, the cheese, and all of the other topping were perfection.

Waitress was extremely uninterested in doing her job, received raw chicken, sent it back waited for new food with no apology and no discount to manager visit nothing. Just like serving raw chicken is a normal thing………

We unfortunately had a very disappointing dining experience at Guy Fieri's. The bummer was we are from out of town visiting our kids and we were celebrating a birthday. When we were seated there were plenty of open tables and booths. Our grouo of 4 was seated in a crowded area at a table with busy tables surrounding us. When my wife asked if we could move to a more spacious booth, the response was "ahhhhh, no." and that was it. Our server was friendly and pleasant, but everything else was anything but. We ordered our food immediately since it was 7pm and a long travel day. After 45 munutes, we were told our order was "lost" and it would "be out soon." After 70 total minutes we finally received our food. Our server was apologetic and offered a "birthday dessert at no charge." For $107 I would give this dining experience a 0. The restaurant was far from booked and we watched as several folks in group size ranging from 2-4, were seated in the booths we inquired about. 👎
