   Food and drinks were excellent. The four stars is because we weren’t greeted or offered drinks for 25 min and we had to flag down staff. Other than the rough start it was awesome.

   This is very much a bistro, I think I was assuming it would be an actual restaurant but it was fine. We went for Mothers Day and it was quite scrambled. We waited for quite a while for someone to come and take our drink order and then finally my dad had to get up and ask for someone to come see us. It was clear they were very short staffed but what restaurant isn’t short staff these days. I will say that the food did not disappoint. I had mushrooms on toast which was very good, my husband had the traditional eggs Benny, my mom had the ham and cheese omelette and my dad just had the eggs and bacon and each of our dishes was hot and really good. We all agreed that we would definitely go back. Although service was slow, the staff are friendly and are really trying their hardest which was very appreciated. We will be back!

   The Sage & Co restaurant left me a little surprised as the description of the restaurant and menu were far from what I found. They apparently had just changed the menu so many of the things I wanted to try were either gone or on the breakfast or dinner menu. Disappointing. Saying that it’s a clean, casual, quiet place across from the front desk of the hotel. The waitress was a sweetie and the foot was acceptable. The quietness allowed for a nice chat!

   Lovely room and the service was excellent, but the Fish in the fish and chip lunch and the Butter Chicken was dry and overcooked. Burger was good and and fish tacos were great. Too bad, I would have liked to go again but not too sure with “iffy” food

   I had the mushrooms on toast which was absolutely delicious! The homemade fresh bread with truffle butter, the beautifully cooked mushrooms and eggs and the arugula salad were very tasty. The server was timely with refills of water for us and did not rush us at all. The menu was quite extensive and I would go back again.

   What a great find this place is! The ambiance is gorgeous, very clean, the servers were friendly and very accommodating, the food was delicious and plated beautifully and the prices are very affordable! What a win! Will definitely be back!

   We enjoyed coming here for Easter Sunday breakfast. Only suggestion is to have the server come back within 5 minutes of getting food to ask how things are. One of my daughters pieces of bacon was pretty much raw(other slice was cooked great so not sure how that could happen) and would have been nice to get a cooked piece. Other than that we enjoyed the food and my Ham & Cheese Omelet with added mushrooms was very, very good!!

   The food was delicious . I had the mushrooms on sourdough toast with arugula , friends had the smoked trout bagel, mushroom ommlette and the breakfast bowl . Clean plates all around. We will definitely be back .

    It was our first dining for breakfast in this hidden gem in the Delta Hotel by Marriot Calgary South and it did not disappoint. I ordered the House Smoked Steelhead Trout— it was fresh and flavourful in all of its simplicity. Our server was so friendly and very attentive. The aesthetic of the restaurant was simple but elegant and modern. A high recommended breakfast place for when you’re in the area.

    Food was good but service was slow. Table next to us was able to get someone’s attention for a server to come get our order. Server attempted to remove plate before finished. Food was good though and the reason I would return.

    Booked here for our Valentine's Day dinner and was very disappointed. Basically a redesigned Hotel Cafeteria/Bar open to the lobby. Where they'd server the free morning breakfast, ......to paint the picture. We booked based on it being "New" to Open Table and a relatively new restaurant in our area. Ambiance includes watching hotel guests come and go, and your choice of cafeteria style booths or tables. Food was below average, we had the "Valentine's Day" dinner, basically a fixed menu. Appetizer was a laugh, bit of melted cheese in a small bowl with 4 super thin slices of "crostini" and a few gherkins fresh from the bottle with a single pickled onion (those little ones Grandma used to serve), Offered as the "Gruyere Fondue"......LOL Main course was scallops on pasta, not terrible, scallops were cooked well, but you could tell the pasta and broccoli was precooked (soft and over cooked) Desert was laughable as well, absolutely none of it was in-house prepped, save maybe the 2 chocolate dipped strawberries. The grocery store macaroons were a comical touch. The wine menu leaves a lot to be desired, 7 "Red" offerings, of which the one we ordered......they were out of. At least we were able to spend our dinner laughing at the situation. Now, to be fair, probably a OK place for fries and gravy and a bottle of beer. Beyond that, I'd suggest many other places. Staff was polite but on par with the rest of the experience. Suggestion to management, be authentic and don't try to be something you're not without upping your experience, ambiance and food significantly. Definitely felt misled by the marketing, but I guess it did get us in the door. Fool me once.
