Reservations are for Cowa-Sake dinning room. We have availability for Walk-ins in our extended dining room, sushi bar, and main bar. Please give us a call for any further assistance.

We are an urban fusion restaurant serving up food inspired by Japanese cuisine, highlighting the highest quality fish and incorporating traditional techniques combined with street food vibes, and busting out our signature Imagine One Hospitality Yeast Rolls for our burgers, sliders, and bento boxes. Our energy is the highest, our vibe is the most fun, our ingredients are the freshest, and our honor is to serve it all up! Well prepared sushi with fresh ingredients. Wide variety to the menu for those who don't like or want sushi. Very enjoyable dinner.

Meat were all burnt. Don't matter which ones you get, if you get one with meat, the meat will be all burnt. Don't bother eating.

Excellent food and service in a lively environment. Ridiculous charge to use credit card which is much more convenient than cash for everyone.

It is always a good time at Cowa Sake. The vibes are immaculate, the food is good, the service is what you want it to be. I do think that it is a bit pricey for what you get though.

First time here for my wife and I and we loved it. The service was great, the food and drinks were great. I recommend this place to anyone looking for some good sushi and drinks.

The food was excellent. Service was great. We ordered a bottle of wine we had never tried before, a Malbec and it is quiet possibly the best Malbec we have ever had (we drink select Malbec weekly). The calamari which we had for appetizer was again the best we have ever had. Fresh not greasy from being fried. We both got the Bento box and we both enjoyed our selections. This was not the first time I was there, but it was a first for my companion. We will definitely be back.

Need to make sure waitstaff knows what the specials are. Fortunately my wife was ok with the dish served verses what she was told it would be. I would not have been ok with it. Waited a bit too long for waiter to bring dish for soy sauce when I got my sushi. Saw waiter standing around talking to others I stead of checking on our food.

Asian based cuisine with plenty of options. Price is on the higher end. Burgers and sushi too. Bento boxes offer a good way to sample several items. The fries are awesome! Casual atmosphere.
