SASHAY + SPRITZ Aperitivo, Cherry, Orange, Sparkling Wine Tart, effervescent, and bittersweet — just like the best summer memories. Served pink and proud in a wine glass. For every cocktail sold, we’ll donate $5 to Brave Space Alliance (BSA) — the first Black-led, trans-led LGBTQ+ center on Chicago’s South Side. BSA is rooted in the values of health, housing, food, and identity, offering essential services to a community historically underserved and overlooked.
