EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I booked a 10-person table on Wednesday. I called again on Thursday (to add 3 more people) and Friday to ensure they had everything for my boyfriend's birthday. We arrive Friday night and WE GET A 7 PERSON TABLE? Not only is the wrong number of chairs yet they tell my friends who arrived 5 minutes before me that "they have a family party" basically trying to cancel our reservation. The restaurant was at full capacity. Not even one chair or space for the servers to walk. I guess they are squeezing us in? The music was SO LOUD. Our eardrums were hurting until we left. For a good 35 minutes that we were waiting to find a solution for the tables, NO ONE came and even ask if we wanted water. I asked multiple times about an update and all they said was we are fixing it, we are waiting for the manager". Finally, when I threatened them to leave, they started doing changes. ADDING A TABLE THAT WAS BLOCKING THE PATH. ANY SAFETY INSPECTOR WOULD CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY. One of their servers noticed the table blocking the path. He yelled at the hostess, because is irresponsible and NOT SAFE AT ALL to leave a table in the middle where people and servers walk. Half our party was outside waiting for an answer at the tables, and we got frustrated. We got 2 drinks and a food platter while we waited for "the manager" to fix this, and we decided to leave. One guy apologized while giving me a bill and I even thought after all this they would just apologize and not bill me for a mediocre hummus platter and 2 water down drinks that arrived so late to the table didn't even touch them. NO, THEY STILL CHARGED ME $100 for a ruined birthday dinner. This place portrays itself on social media as a fun place with shows and diverse music, but they lack something that matters the most... CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't waste your time and money here. There are much better places out in Pasadena and LA.

Horrible service, they ask us to leave before we had our dessert because they needed the table for another party.

My husband’s birthday it was the worst table I ever had next to the kitchen and bathroom. It was the worst experience with the speaker over my head. very loud place!!! Ambience is nice but the music is very extremely loud to the point that your head is pounding all night!!! That is not pleasant ! The music should be notched down. I didn’t want to even stay very long to even get his birthday cake!!!

We made a reservation on Open Table for 10:15 on. Friday night since that was the earliest available. We called the restaurant to see if we can go earlier and hang out on the bar until our table is ready. We got there at 9:30 and waited for ever to get our table. Every time we checked on the hostess she told us they are waiting for some guests to leave so we can be seated. Finally, we got seated at 11:30. They gave us menus and didn’t check on us to get our order for another 15 minutes. When we complained to the waiter he said “the kitchen is closed”. Like the whole experience was a joke. They have a DJ and dancers so the guests will not leave once they’re done eating. We had to leave and when we told the hostess tbat we could not get food she was like “Awww okey”…. We were hAngry and there was in n out for the rescue… Never again!

Went for dinner on a Saturday night and ended up with a show and some dancing (I believe live shows are only available on weekends). We had an amazing time! Food and drinks were above average. Entertainment was a welcome surprise (our first time here). Service was fast despite the place being packed. Staff friendly and attentive. Reservation highly recommended. This is not a place for folks who have aversion to noise as it can get really loud! Thank you for a wonderful evening, No Comment!

I made a reservation at this place for 10:45pm on a Friday night. It was a slightly rough start, there were no tables available for our reservation and we were seated 30 minutes later, understandable since the place was really busy and it’s a new restaurant. Overall, the place feels more like a club than a restaurant and I would definitely only come here for drinks and dancing rather than a dining experience. Not to mention their kitchen closes at 11pm. Since we were seated later than expected, the blonde lady manager was kind enough to have the kitchen still take our food order, which my group really appreciated. I also want to commend the hostess I spoke to, I think her name is Gaby, she was really kind and accommodating to my group. We didn’t stay too long since it was really loud and we couldn’t properly converse but it wasn’t so bad. The service can be slow, we had to ask 3 different people for our check and boxes for food, but it’s a very busy place full of energy.

It was our first time at No Comment and we had an amazing time. The manager Ani approached us and made us feel very welcomed and kept on checking up on us and was very attentive. We were there celebrating my sisters birthday and my sister loved it. We will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place of you wanna go have drinks and have fun.

Overrated and definitely over priced. A little too much for the location. Food was good but not worth the amount paid. Drinks were ok but not worth $60 a shot for tequila.

The presentation of the food was good. However, the food lacked flavor (Black Cod) and was also burnt to some degree. The ‘Soft Spoken’ drink was very short of adequate. It had a bitter taste, almost that of a flammable substance. This was the second night of their opening weekend, so I can only assume they’re adjusting to service. The restaurant does have great potential to invite people for the aesthetic and great music. The staff was friendly and attentive, continuously refilling our glasses with water.

So… absolutely loved the ambiance. The menu didn’t have the oz steak amount; the sushi was sooo small seriously laughable. The food was way over priced for what you received. It was so loud in there but very fun! But this is not a dinner place this is a club or lounge- this is the place you go to after the restaurant to have drinks and a vibey experience. Another thing that was weird was the random security guards or just random tough guys…. The entertainment and the DJ was the highlight! The drinks were ok
