    Located at prime location but priced at more reasonable range compared to other restaurants of similar ambience and location. HOWEVER, all dishes are below average and prepared in rather disappointing level of quality. Given that this is a restaurant within the Quality restaurants family, it is quite disappointing. Should customers put up with non tasty dishes because the prices are cheaper? Everything we ordered were on the saltier side of the taste spectrum. Staffs and servers are extremely friendly though.

    I really enjoyed it here! It was packed, so the service was a bit slow, but nothing alarming. The eggplant pull a parm was incredible, and I also really enjoy the Raghu.

    Tried the 2 specials which was cross collab with their sister restaurant - twin tails. Both were mediocre ( one was bland and the other just ok - execution of red curry ravioli steak sounded better than it actually was). The broccoli rabe was tough and old which was a shame because the flavor was good. The rosemary fries were the best of the dishes. Our server though was super nice and took off the broccoli rabe from our bill. Unfortunately, this one was a once and done and likely not one I'd go back to.

    We were at Bad Roman for the second time as it was our daughters’ 29th birthday dinner. When the bartender (who makes the most delicious cocktails) learned this, he offered them (twins) complitary drinks. From there, it got even better. I wish the cocktails weren’t so good because maybe I’d remember the name of our amazing server but from appetizers to main course, everything was as good as I’d remembered. The tuna tartare was fresh and seasoned to perfection, Caesar salad classic with a twist and the eggplant pull apart is a must. Still thinking about the garlic babka. We were so stuffed but managed to order mains: Bronzino (a 10!) Vesl chop special (an 11) and pasta (12 all on scale of 1-10. Ha) Really just an overall fantastic delicious dining experience.

    Great overall! We went for after work drinks, and it was such a vibe! Staff was very accommodating and the snacks we had were great! (I’m still thinking about that lemon cheese cake — WOW) We can’t wait to go back!

    My wife and daughter’s second time dining here. Service was great. Giselle was wonderful offered suggestions on drinks dinner and desert.

    Their food is really amazing but maybe because they were so busy, the servers kept forgetting to serve our table. First, it took them 20 plus minutes to take our order, and that only happened because I flagged some random waitress down and asked if we can please order. Then the drinks took another 10-15 minutes and a martini was again forgotten so after 20 minutes we had to flag down another server. We arrived at 8pm on a Tuesday.

    The service was impeccable, the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was exciting , bustling and comfortable. Ample parking next door and the mall is enticing .
