The entire experience was fantastic. It’s a two level establishment with a bar/pub atmosphere on the lower level and the upper level is more reserved for large parties. The location is great on top of Mt. Washington and in certain seats you can see down to the point park/Acrisure stadium area. I brought my daughter here (it is kid friendly), when I reserved a table I mentioned that it was her birthday and her first trip to Pittsburgh. I asked for an upper level window seat so she could enjoy the view and they knocked it pit of the park. I arrived, gave my name and got an immediate smile from the host and brought us right up to a two seat table along a window. He wished my daughter a happy birthday and the waitress did as well. She even gave her a little pizza monster sticker lol. You have to appreciate this level of service from any establishment these days. I never write reviews but the overall experience and super friendly staff, the great food, the great atmosphere, the great location, it all had to be talked about and recognition had to be given. I hope management sees this and commends the individuals I dealt with that evening. They were fantastic. This was a Saturday evening dinner. I’m a Steelers season ticket holder and I’ll be back there Thursday because it was that good. If you’re on the fence, give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Lively atmosphere for drinks with friends. The pretzel and brussel sprouts were good appetizers, but our meals were served very bland and likely sat too long. Would not recommend for a meal.

Went here for a birthday celebration. We had a window seat upstairs. Stunning view, great food, and the atmosphere was perfect! We will be back!

Everything was excellent as always. Very, very, busy due to the Pitt Game, and the Steeler game the next day. Kayla was exceptional, and Becky was a machine, making drinks.

The service, view, atmosphere and location were great. The bar/restaurant is clean and in a great location. Our server was incredibly friendly. The only drawback was the food. The pizzas were horrible!! They were not fully cooked and seemed like "gas station" quality pizza. The apps were average, but the deviled egg app was incredibly bland.

Delicious meal! Started with salad that had milky mozzarella cheese, berries followed by tiger shrimp on a bed of creamy risotto. Wonderfully seasoned, tasty meal.

We arrived at 7:00 and ended up being there for three hours. The server said the kitchen was backed up, but when the food came it was not hot and the fries were cold. We had friends from out of town so it was very embarrassing.

Went for our wedding anniversary. Restaurant did not have our reservation on file, even though it was booked months in advance and confirmed the day prior. Photos are deceiving as it appears that there is a real nice view of the city from inside, but that’s only if you’re upstairs. Prices aren’t in line with the quality of the food. Food was very bland tasting. My daughter ordered a burger cooked medium…the burger was still cold on some spots. None of us finished our meals. Only thing that was somewhat edible was the pretzel we got as an appetizer. Had no problem spending $100 for a special occasion but the food was average at best. There were flies all over the place. Server was polite so not her fault but no use sending all 3 dinner plates back for correction when they were all undercooked/under seasoned…cold beer and decent pretzel were the only positives. Next time I guess we will spend $200 for 3 people and eat at the restaurant across the street

Loved the seared tuna tacos and the view from our window seats. Perfect spot to take out of town visitors to lunch on a rainy afternoon. Our server was helpful, competent and eager to please. We will return.

Required to confirm that you were booking the “Brunch experience” on Open Table, but we had an experience and no brunch:/ at check in, we were asked to confirm that for our menus, but only after we sat down were we told Brunch was not available even though we arrived nearly an hour before the end of the 9-2 brunch time as advertised. Served 1/2 our drinks and the rest of the table had to ask and order them again. Our appetizers were served without plates, silverware or napkins, and the person that dropped them just walked away as we were trying to ask for them. One of us eventually had to get up and ask again for them, all while the food was getting cold. Food was not great overall. Nachos had fake cheese spread, very little salsa and burnt chips, onion soup was sweet?, and Brussel sprouts were actually the best of all the food.—I would say this restaurant would not survive if it wasn’t co-located to a tourist attraction. Stay away unless you’re looking for a quick drink and good air conditioning.

My husband, 5 year old daughter and I dined here for a late lunch yesterday. Staff were all friendly. Food was quick and flavorful. No complaints - hoping to return! Try their pizzas! Excellent, esp the pickle pizza!

Had a nice dining experience. Wanted something light since we were going to a concert afterwards. Food was good, drinks were tasty, and our waitress, Sarah, was so much fun. It's nice to have a choice on the Mount where you don't have to be so formal. Causal dress and nice atmosphere

Service was friendly and attentive. Food was not very good, simple stuff too wings and sandwiches but all was not good. Disappointing because the atmosphere and location and drinks which I have had multiple trips all good. Food though really just not good at all.

Visited for restaurant week, glad we now know this restaurant exists on Mt Washington. Industrial design, concrete floors and metal walls and ceilings which makes the restaurant loud, very loud...but definitely will be back for the food and service.

Right at the top of the Duquesne Incline! Perfect for our adventure with grandkids to take them on the incline and have a meal at the top to admire the view of Pittsburgh. Friendly service. Kids said the lava cake was the best food of our whole trip!

Got seated upstairs and forgotten about? If that’s what you even want to call it. Multiple staff walked by us as well as others upstairs and never bothered to ask if we wanted to order as much as a glass of water. Ignored us, but made sure to update us on the fact that our waitress was “running late”. We left after a half hour of no service. Great view and location, but can’t honestly review the food because we never got any!

Our server was great, food had interesting flavor and great value! Everyone there acted as a team to ensure great service! Food came out quicker than expected and was plated amazingly well! Almost everything was perfect! Would definitely go back looking forward to their menu update!

We love watching sports, the wonderful bar and fantastic service and excellent food. We are on a mission to try everything on the menu! We have met before and after some games and even had an early lunch with out of town friends-don’t want to recommend because I don’t want to share this hidden gem of Pittsburgh’s Mt Washington-love it there!

We really enjoyed our table with a beautiful panoramic city view! However, the food was unimpressive. Fish Tacos were marred by tasteless dry wheat tortillas--barely palateable. Caesar salad was made from kale...although somewhat inventive, it did not impress. veggie pizza was tasty. The server was obviously not experienced but was pleasant and attentive and got the job done.

Very small. Do not go with a large party. Intimate seating only. We sat in a tiny hall. Also they had a band and we could not hear a thing. The food was good.
