Park Ave Kitchen opened quietly on 12/14/23, on the corner of 48th Street and Lexington Avenue in NYC. Located on the ground floor of beautiful 277 Park Avenue, Chef Burke created a New-American Brasserie with a widely varied food and beverage offering, thanks to its unique combination of ala carte dining room and cafe/grab & go shared space. Complemented by a high degree of hospitality, Park Ave Kitchen has quickly become one of the most popular midtown dining destinations.

From dry-aged steaks to fresh fish, sushi to juicy burgers, grain bowls to custom salads, delicious desserts and specialty coffees, Park Ave Kitchen offers something for everyone. Loved everything about my experience. It was my first time, will definitely be back. The happy hour menu is amazing, Pierro our server was even more amazing.

The prefix menu offers a very nice selection. One diner ordered off of that menu. Diner one started with the clothes line bacon - absolutely delicious.The main entree was beef short ribs - very good. Diner 2 ordered a la carte & started out with the potato leek soup - delicious. Duck breast, ordered medium rare, was diner 2’s dinner choice. The duck meat had a lot of grizzle and was considered to be of poor quality. Dessert was the house special chocolate cake - divine. Our waiter, Terry, was very attentive & quite personable! Overall, the dining experience was very nice. Just stay away from the duck breast.

I am sorry to read about the duck - it is a very popular item and we only bring in exceptional quality meats for Chef Burke. If at any point during your meal you feel something is under par, be it a soft drink or a breast of Hudson Valley duck, please comment to a member of our management or staff. We had lunch on a very quiet Saturday. Food was good, service was fair. I ordered a burger and asked for sauteed onions and mushrooms, no cheese. I was told by someone taking our order, who seemed to be the manager that they can’t do that. My husband suggested that since the burger came with LTO, they could take the raw onion and sautee on the grill as they cooked the hamburger. The “waiter” said he can’t do that! Really, this is not a fast food place. They already had raw onion to serve on my burger. We were very surprised that in an almost empty restaurant of this caliber, that they would not accommodate a simple request. We won’t be back.

Hello Joan. Thank you for visiting with us at Park Ave Kitchen. There seems to be a bit of confusion here. Our mgr on duty was the individual who took your order and was told by your husband, "don't worry about the onions" for your burger. There was a lot of fun commentary at your table and it seems, all joking aside, not everything talked about was a joke. I am sorry if your order was not as expected. Of course we can make sauteed onions & we would never tell anyone we cannot. Regardless of who was speaking for who at the table, the right thing to do would have been for us to send onions out anyway. Our PAK team had a lovely time serving your guests, lots of fun and laughs, so your 3-star review is difficult to comprehend. Please reach out to Eddie Pugsley to discuss personally. TY

If it weren’t for the noise level it would have been a much better experience. Food and service were great but it was so noisy that I couldn’t even hear or talk to my lunch companion.

We tried the Clothesline Maple Bacon Glazed dish….DO NOT leave NYC without trying this..!!! It is unbelievable!! Genius!! The rest of the meal was excellent, Pizza and salad. Service was impeccable, thanks Gabe. Definitely recommend visiting this restaurant for Brunch or Lunch.

National burger dayExcellent burger topped with short rib and caramelized onion ! Cesar was wonderful waiter , highly recommend add burger to regular menu! Will be back!!
