Sat us at a table by the door, super loud, expected the dining room with the reservation and were sat in the bar. Asked for medium rare and steak frites were raw and inedible. Would never go back. Server rarely stopped at our table despite my trying to get their attention. Super disappointed as I’d been dying to eat there.

I wasn’t sure what to expect because it was my first time. But I enjoyed every part of this experience. The vibes, the service, the food. It is such a charming, intimate space. Fun romantic vibe for a date. Our server was so accommodating and made the best recommendations when I was conflicted about which dishes to order. Loved everything we ordered. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent food! Husband sent back the Mad Hatter cocktail. Could not taste the bourbon. Server was good at the beginning, but kind of disappeared halfway. We ordered a second set of cocktails right after finishing our appetizers. We had to tell server halfway that we still didn't have our cocktails. Several servers passed us with water pitchers but never filled our glasses.

We had an excellent meal. The menu isn’t extensive but does have a nice selection for all dietary needs. The also have an adequate wine list and a variety of top shelf spirits. It has a lively atmosphere so be aware the volume is high.

Definitely eat here - the food is excellent. Just be prepared for the tables to be on top of each other- very intimate seating

Arrived early ...5 pm mid week . There was only 2 other couples. We were placed stuck next to a column. Very tight. Then no bread or crackers ..no pepper mill for my pasta meal. It was very weird to be eating a pasta bolognese without bread. This is the first time. We asked for bread and my waiter said they only have hamburger buns!!! The meal saved the day as it was one of the best I ever had.

A real gem located in the heart of Beacon Hill. It is perhaps one of the best restaurants in Boston.
