   This was an aweful experience the drinks were horrible. The place looked abandonned and the service was subpar. Will not be returning

   Walked in and the place was empty. Took 15 min to be seated. Once we sat down. Took 15 min for water. After we ordered food it took over 45 min, we cancelled and left.

   The food was under cooked and tasted of mold, we sent it back. I received a bill for the two drinks we had ordered. We paid the bill and left. I was later informed that the hotel charged my room for the food that we sent back. I never authorized those charges. Lastly the food even though we only had a bite or two before sending it back, made myself and my guest incredibly sick for the rest of the weekend. I will be contacting the health department as we both were unwell. I will also be contacting Hilton management as this was the worst experience ive had to deal with.

   The sea scallops and spinach Parmesan risotto was delicious. The Old Fashioned was mediocre.

   Food was okay. One person had a hamburger almost cooked to their liking, one had the duck and loved it, and my dish was just okay. Service was attentive.

   Hostess and bartender were yelling OVER me as I was eating at the bar. Bartender was very nice however was not very attentive as he was moderately busy. Did not offer to refill my soda or bother to ask why I didn't eat my meal. When I told him my Caesar salad was made of mostly spinach and the menu didn't state that, he did not apologize or offer a substitute as most restaurants would do. I also overheard the hostess ask a few guests if they were planning on eating because if not they could not have a table (they had laptops in hand), which I thought was extremely rude. Beautiful view so it's too bad!

   This is a lovely dining room where several of us went after a meeting. The waitress was superb and noticed us right away. I had made a reservation for four, but we brought 7 people and it was no problem. It would have been very quiet but there was a group of people next to us who were very loud, so we could hardly hear each other. Only one part of the dining room was open and the table were very close together. The salads were good, but to add chicken cost $12. The grilled cheese sandwich came on a hamburger bun! Also they ran out of Philly steak and cheese, which was disappointing to one of us. The mushroom appetizer was very heavy and not so good. The crab meat was only OK. So food is not their strong point.

    The service outstanding, food very good. Ambience very pleasant except for the huge tv screens all over. They reflected off the windows messing up some of the lovely view.
