    Went with friends for my birthday, food and drinks were lovely, place itself lovely, our server was either new and nervous or just not having a good day. We also asked staff to take a picture of us and they said no they're too busy (restaurant had many open tables but there WERE two parties happening at the time) but luckily Nolan (gold star award for him!) followed us out and said he'd take the picture (yay, thank you!). I'll go back, but wonder what's up with the inconsistent staff performance.

    This was the third or fourth time we've been to The Board Room. The first two times the food, service and overall experience were all very good. The last two times we've been here the service was poor (eg: we had to ask several times to order drinks, to order food and to pay our bill) and our food was OK and several items were not prepared correctly. We want The Board Room to be successful but I don't think we'll go back.

    Although the restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly, the entire restaurant was very warm. In addition, a broken blind allow the sun to bake out table. It was broken and it added to heated atmosphere and caused a couple of us to have to stare into the sun.

    We were pleasantly surprised with the Armenian beef steak tips. Very tender and tasty. The small charcuterie board had a nice assortment of meats, cheeses and grapes but at $42 was very pricey. It’s a nice change of pace but expensive. Not sure we will return.

    My friend and I had lunch on the patio. It was the first Friday that they were open for lunch, so we both got these cute little charcuterie boxes!! We started with chicken lettuce wraps, then the shrimp ceviche, and Baba Ganush! Amazing!! The Sov. Blanc we had was the Craggy Range, I highly recommend as well. Service was super fast and they were all very attentive to the timing when everything was brought out. Our new favorite Friday lunch spot!!

    Shared hot and cold plates were great. Bruschetta, pork belly bao buns, firecracker shrimp. Enjoyed a few cocktails: Luis' Libation and Smoky Old Fashioned. Dessert of flourless chocolate cake was delicious!

    The menu on Open Table is NOT the menu offered at the restaurant. I don’t enjoy traveling over 30 minutes to be told that they have never had the item I wanted on their menu. We will not be going back.
