   My worst experience in a restaurant EVER. We arrived at the restaurant and we stood at the door entrance for 10 minutes Before anyone came. There was no one to welcome patrons. It took another 10 minutes before we were seated. It took another 20 minutes before we got water on our table. The drinks took another 15 minutes and it wasn't good at all. No creativity with the flavors and the just stale limes as garnish. We ordered 2 appetizers and only 1 made it to the table. I suppose they forgot what we ordered. The food took about an hour before it came to our table and it was terrible. I ordered the most expensive entree on the menu for mother's day to support a local establishment. The meat was uncooked and nothing like the seasonings in the description. The vegetables were very salty and the yellow rice had no flavor. I tried to eat but left 2/3 of the food on the plate. The music was good but too loud. Finally when we received the bill, the server had a $22 tip which we asked to be removed since the experience was so bad. I am a generous tipper but I just couldn't reward this experience with a tip. Never again. PiCH OUT.

   They caterd to our every need. They were very patient and respectful. And can work under pressure. Also food was great Love it.

   Very slow service as waitress was working alone. Food took one hour to come out after ordered. Had to ask for drinks to be provided thirty mins after ordering. I had previously been here doing the weekday and had much better food and service.

   It was my first time at PiCH. We were hungry and had a show to attend at Kings theater. My only complaint is that our food was slow to arrive, making us have to rush to the theater. I would give them another chance because the food was that good.

   I didn’t get to eat at PiCH yesterday - they had a set menu for Valentine’s Day and it was sooo limited. I wish they would have made this known before completing the reservation. Especially for people who are not big meat eaters, which were the only options they had on this set menu. And you couldn’t order sides either. We had to leave and find another place. On Valentine’s Day.

   The server we had was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The DJ’s were playing great music and the food was too good lol

   I've been to Pich quite a few times. The first few times, service was on point. However, the last two times, service seemed gotten worse. We waited about 15 minutes before someone came to the table, half hour for our drinks and one and a half hours for the first part of our appetizers then another half hour for the rest of it. The place was far from busy so there was no excuse for such poor service. The manager was very apologetic, but that doesn't change the fact that they have to do better. Totally disappointed 😞

   This restaurant is boarded up! It was 20 degrees out in a neighborhood with few choices. Fix this!!!!!!

    We got there at 6:30 and it was empty which is understandable since it was still early, the drinks were okay but mine came with a hair in it so I asked for another one and that took 30 min to an hour for me to get, also one of my guests asked if they had corona and they said yes they would just have to pick some up first really quickly and that took 2 hours, the food was okay but the jasmine rice that came with the food was very mushy like mashed potatoes, I also ordered a plate for one of my guest that was running late and that took 2 hours to come, she didn’t even get to eat it when she got there since they gave it to her when it was time for us to leave. Definitely won’t be going there again.
