La experiencia deja mucho que desear. Hicimos reservación y aún así hubo espera de media hora. El servicio también fie lento y fuimos un lunes, no tan ocupados.

Mala experiencia, es increíble que un lugar tan bonito la comida sea pésima, se atrevieron a decir de un platillo fuerte estaba congelado , después pedí arrachera y q no tienen, pedí jugo d naranja y tampoco tienen, al final me dieron lo q tenían, una porquería su pechuga asada con lechuga , no vale la pena comer, solo las bebidas calientes y pasteles si están muy ricos . Deben tener variedad y sazón en sus alimentos y frescos.

We traveled from Chicago to surprise my daughter with a birthday dinner for her 10th birthday after seeing this place on TikTok. She’s a huge Hello Kitty fan, so we were excited and the space itself is adorable. Everything is themed: chairs, fountain, rooms with tons of cute photo ops! Our reservation was for 4:45 PM. We arrived on time, hungry, having skipped lunch in anticipation. We were seated promptly and placed our order within 15 minutes via QR code. Unfortunately, our food didn’t arrive until 6:30 PM nearly a 2-hour wait. When it finally came, the portions were small, and the presentation wasn’t appealing. Nothing felt themed or special. My daughter ordered the kids’ rainbow pasta with stuffed nuggets. The pasta was bland and dry, and she only got two nuggets. I ordered fettuccine with mushroom sauce but was given bow tie pasta with Alfredo instead—without explanation. Only after asking did the manager inform me they ran out of mushrooms. That should’ve been communicated beforehand. My parents had the chicken dinner with salad. The chicken was tiny (about 4 inches) and my dad’s was cold. My son had the chilaquiles, which were okay. My husband got the Hello Kitty stuffed chicken and said it was fine but nothing memorable. The manager offered to replace my incorrect dish and my dad’s cold one, but after such a long wait, we asked to have them taken off the bill instead. They agreed. Because of the delays and underwhelming food, we skipped dessert and despite putting in a birthday request, they never acknowledged my daughter’s birthday. The whole meal (two kids’ meals, three adult plates, one mocktail, two coffees, a Diet Coke, and a grape soda) came to about $100 USD. not worth it in my opinion. We left hungry and ended up going to Casa de Toño afterward. At least we got cute photos—and my daughter said she loved the decor but that “they need better chefs.” Honestly, this place might be best just for coffee and dessert, not a full meal.

Me gusta que ahora Son más amables que cuando se aperturó, fui a la experiencia de My Melody y Kuromi y la verdad vale la pena por la bebida y el postre, la comida no es mala pero tampoco es sobresaliente
