You will experience an eclectic menu, shaped by the chef partner Jean Jacques Carquillat: a combination of French Caribbean flavors will surprise your palate with both traditional and unexpected recipes, created by his unpredictable mind and prepared daily by his team experienced hands with the freshest locally sourced ingredients. Warm greetings, free shuttle to and from the Crane, beautiful ambience, amazing food, attentive and friendly service. Must try the crème brûlée! It’s exquisite!

This was our first dining experience at Le Shack and from when we walked in the door to leaving, we were treated like royalty. The management, the staff the ambience was so pleasant and kind. This by far was the best dining experience on the island all week.

Le Shack completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality—it felt like we had stumbled upon a secret oasis. The setting is effortlessly charming, with a relaxed island vibe that makes you want to stay all day. The food? Absolutely incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was a standout—from the perfectly cooked seafood to the vibrant, inventive sides and cocktails that were as delicious as they were stunning. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into every detail. Service was friendly, attentive, and laid-back in the best way possible—never rushed, always kind. The atmosphere is relaxed yet special, making it just as ideal for a casual lunch as it is for a memorable dinner under the stars. Le Shack is the kind of place that captures everything you hope for in a vacation meal—great food, good energy, and the feeling that you’ve found somewhere truly special. Can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely evening at Le Shack! We dined with my parents and our 3 year old son. The whole team at Le Shack took care of our son and also made sure each of us had a great experience. I had a fabulous starter of cucumber soup and then a coconut shrimp risotto for dinner. All were DELICIOUS. Make sure to visit when in Barbados, you won't regret it!

🌴 Le Shack – A Must-Visit Gem in Barbados 🌴 From the moment we arrived at Le Shack, we were blown away by the warm atmosphere, top-notch service, and unforgettable flavors. This was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had on the island. Our favorites were the crab cake, the rich and silky crème brûlée, and the unforgettable banana explosion. But the standout dish was the coconut shrimp — not your typical fried version. These were beautifully sautéed and served over a creamy bed of risotto, topped with fresh coconut shavings. It was absolutely incredible. My wife does not eat seafood, but she ordered the cheeseburger and could not stop raving about it. She said it was the best cheeseburger she has ever had, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. A special shoutout to Bradley, our server, who was absolutely amazing. He made the experience even more enjoyable with his attentiveness, knowledge, and great energy. Le Shack offers laid-back island vibes paired with exceptional food and service. We will definitely be coming back. Five stars all around.

J'adore Le Shack!!!! This was one of the top rated and most memorable dining experiences that we have had, and were so excited to celebrate our anniversary here in Barbados. Every member of the team was warm and welcoming, and each dish was exquisite. It was incredible how accommodating the team was of my dietary needs (celiac), and kind they were in doing so. We felt celebrated, and highly recommend Le Shack! It was an easy walk from the Crane, and the team also offered a ride back. Brandon was a kind and excellent server with excellent recommendations, and took great care of us! It is an absolute must when visiting Barbados!
