   This was our first time dining at Eighteen at the Radisson. Great atmosphere. Impeccable and friendly service from all staff. Delicious food. It was nice looking out over the city and learning about landmarks while dining. Hopefully, we'll be able to go again and again! Highly recommend the Eighteen at the Radisson for a nice dinner out!!

   We had drinks and appetizers at 5pm then dinner at 7:30 and the food and service were excellent. The rotating view of the Cincy skyline and Covington KY is wonderful. There was an issue with the elevator but using the service elevator just added to the adventure. We will come here again!

   Very nice restaurant it’s so cool that it rotates takes about an hour and 20 minutes to go all the way around. Great views staff was very nice and friendly.

   Unfortunately, their point of sale system went down the day before our reservation. But they gave us plenty of advance notice, and we were able to sort it out with no issue. However, the dinner service itself left a lot to be desired. People had bad attitudes and did not seem happy to be there and it made the dining experience a lot less enjoyable. The food runner had the best attitude and gave us the best service of the night so we made sure to give him a tip of his own. My steak was tepid temperature at best. The food definitely left a lot to be desired being in a Radisson. We expected a lot better, but we still did not leave. Completely disappointed with the experience. The view from the restaurant is amazing.

   My first visit. My Senior Prom and my parents bought me a gift certificate. The food was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was fantastic.

   We came for the Sunday brunch buffet. Our server was a little slow getting to our table and wasn’t super attentive. But not a huge deal given it’s a buffet. The food selection on the buffet was great. Everything tasted very good. It was a tad pricey at $45 per person plus costs of drinks. But you had a large selection of pretty pricey foods(prime rib, shrimp cocktail etc)so you can get your moneys worth! And the view was incredible as always!

   Truly enjoyed the Sunday brunch! Wonderful selection and everything was so good. Loved the beautiful views! Great place to celebrate my husband’s birthday!

   Two of my friends and I had dinner here on Saturday night, and it was the most wonderful experience! We went just as the day was ending, so as the restaurant turned we got to see the city in daylight, then as the sun set, and finally the lights of the city at night. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, and took special care of us. Chef Tony even stopped by our table, just to make sure everything was perfect. This was a bucket list experience for my friend in a wheelchair, and I cannot thank you enough for the memorable evening!
