   High quality food at a very good price. The beef tartare was one of the best we ever had and paired very well with the white asparagus. Excellent wine list, service impeccable. Highly recommended!

   Amazing! We’ve eating here many times but last night was just over the top. Once again Ross and staff were on there mark. The meal was absolutely one the best meals we had in a long time. Ribeye, braised rabbit and pasta, oyster’s and devilled eggs. Nothing. It cleaned plates 🤣👍👍👍👍By far best restaurant on the east coast.

   Best restaurant downtown St. John’s hands down! Atmosphere, service, food, drinks all were fabulous. Food had the most flavour and the deserts delicious. Looking forward to our next visit.

   The main dishes were very tasty, but highly overpriced! The dessert was not great - it would have been better to have dessert elsewhere. High end price, but not what I’d consider a high end atmosphere or meal.

   The food and service were wonderful. I just think it’s a bit of a marketing ploy to call it ‘family style’ sharing plates. The way they describe the plates, you visualize a large amount of food coming out. The plates are actually only the size 1-2 people would be served at another restaurant. We ordered eight plates for six people, but once they started coming out we realized how small they were and ordered 4 more, which ended up being slightly too much. Driving up the bill further. I’m glad that we went and had the experience. The food was great. I just don’t think it was enough to try it again. At the very least I wanted to let other people know what to expect.

   2 of us dined there, server recommended 4-6 dishes and she offered to help us size it based on what we ordered. Some dishes she suggested we get the full and some she suggested we get a half size where available. We ended up with 6 dishes between appies and mains varying between small and full sized. We were stuffed and happy. We’re from the west coast, and thought the prices were very reasonable and dishes were interesting (cake and cheese for appie/seafood in toast etc). We loved the Asian influence in some of the dishes. Walked away with some restaurant merch too to commemorate our trip to the maritimes! Thanks for the lovely experience.

   Fabulous dining experience. Food was delicious and thoughtfully executed. The service was incredible and the wine was very carefully selected. The highlight for us was that we were able to select certain dishes to be served at half portion which was perfect for a party of 2 that want to try everything!

    The service and the food were excellent. The seating arrangement was a little tight for 5 people but we didn’t bother asking to change it. Servings were provided and empty dishes removed in a timely and efficient manner so we were not inconvenienced.
