I had a fantastic evening dining at the restaurant near the waterwork attraction. The food was excellent, the service was superb, and the ambiance was captivating. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr Vince, one of the managers, when he came over and welcomed us to the restaurant. He made a point to ask how he could make our dining experience a great time. I really liked how he made us feel about choosing Finch to dine. Vince was so genuine; nothing rehearsed. It wasn't our first time dining at Finch, but my best experience.

The Finch has great energy, with the nearby water, fountains, music and light show. The reason my review is not more positive is- our server was friendly, but just inexperienced in being a server. She asked us at least 4 times if we were ready to order food, but in all that time, never put in our drink order which we ordered when we sat down. Then when our food arrived, our group of 4 did not have forks since they were picked up with the appetizers, and we had to find our server again, which took a while. The manager came by at one point just to be friendly, and was a little too friendly. In my opinion, a quick check in is appropriate, but he should not come by and chat for 5 minutes. I had not seen my guests in almost a year, and was savoring every minute with them. The parking situation is crazy. We had handicap tag, but all the places were occupied, some with vehicles without HC tags- parked illegally. It was a pleasant experience but needs improvement.

Manager was great! Very personable, warm, friendly. Server was a bit off. Ordered coffee and was told someone would have to help her make it, an odd comment for a black cup of coffee.

The atmosphere was very nice. We were able to view the lake and observe the water show while dining. The appetizers were good (both shrimp platters) but the main entrees were bland and not good at all. Multiple dishes ordered including the chicken, mash potatoes, mac and cheese, salmon, and steak. All bland and very underwhelming. I also requested additional seating for guest and was denied even with open seating clearly available. Additional guest were seated across the restaurant bc they indicated it would disturb the gratuity for their servers. Overall poor rating.

Service was slow waitress kept forgetting things . Eggs were tough and food overall mid. Drinks were on point!
