Disappointing Experience at Coppolillo's Italian Steakhouse I recently dined at Coppolillo’s Italian Steakhouse with my girlfriend, expecting a refined evening and quality service. Unfortunately, the experience proved disappointing on multiple levels, beginning with the quality of the food and extending to the lack of accountability from our server. I ordered my steak medium-well, but it arrived overcooked and dry—far from the standard you’d expect from a steakhouse of this reputation. Additionally, when I initially requested a side dish, I was told that my entrée already included sides. Based on that, I chose to cancel my order of truffle fries. While I don’t regret making that adjustment, the sides that were included were mediocre, both in temperature and overall quality—further adding to the poor impression of the meal. My girlfriend ordered a side of broccolini, which wasn’t brought out until we reminded our server partway through the meal. The delay was frustrating and showed a clear lapse in attention to our order. What truly soured the evening, though, was the attitude of our server. He did not take ownership of the mistakes, instead placing the blame on us—an unacceptable approach for any level of service. He also failed to introduce himself or provide his name, so there was no rapport or sense of responsibility from the very beginning. Given the price point and expectations that come with dining at Coppolillo’s, this visit was disappointing from start to finish. Service, accuracy, and food quality all fell short. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Top shelf! My wife and I had dinner at Rosebud Steakhouse a few weeks ago and discovered there were a few other restaurants in that family of restaurants. Coppolillo's was one of them, so we decided to give it a try. This place did not disappoint. In fact, it was one of the most enjoyable dinners my wife and I have had in a very long time. From the minute we were greeted by Andrea, the manager, to the service we had at the bar with Jace, and everything in between, it was absolutely superb. We got a chance to talk with each of them and get to know them a bit. Andrea even brought the Chef out so we could meet him and let him know how fabulous our dishes were. My wife had to Orecchiette pasta (WHOA GOOD!) and I had the lamb chops (FAB TOO!)! We had oysters as an appetizer and for our side dish we ordered the sautéed broccolini. I absolutely love broccolini, but you don't see it often on dinner menus. So, I was thrilled they had it, and it was outstanding. This is a relatively new restaurant and is probably still a bit unknown, but I wouldn't imagine it will be for long. All in all, our dining experience was absolutely outstanding and much of that has to do with the fact that ALL aspects that go into a dining experience (service, food, etc.) were done to the highest level. 5 STARS for SURE!!! And we'll be back soon!

I am a repeat customer and have tried several different entrées. Food has been very good consistently. Staff are especially pleasant. The restaurant is not too big, which I enjoy.

I had a wonderful experience with Christian Quiroz Peña. I was there for my son’s boot camp graduation and he accommodate our every request ; right down to taking a photo of my son and I. He provided excellent service and was also kind enough to serve my son an awesome dessert. Thank you Christian!
