Service was outstanding. Location was convenient next to the Broad. The sea-bass wasn’t too great. Seemed a bit dry. Mouse and avocado appetizers were outstanding.

This was literally the weirdest experience I’ve had service wise at a fine dining restaurant. It took our server almost 30 minutes to come to our table and she seemed offended when I flagged her down and remarked that our server had not come by yet. She said “yes it’s me” as if I should have known that, but how would I have as she never came by? Then, the pacing of the dinner was extremely odd and resulted in no dessert because of time, which then got delivered anyway even though the server said it hadn’t been entered, where we lost even more time because it had to come off the bill it was supposedly never entered on. Not coming back unless Malak is working. This was just about one of the most off-putting and odd dining experiences of my life.

There is NO other reason to eat here other than if you are seeing a show at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Even then, there are so many superior choices close by. It’s not that it is horrible, it is just so overpriced for an average menu that is trying to be sophisticated. Even the interior design is not on par with the building it occupies. Service was fine, but again not up to what they charge.

It’s a lovely place, great ambience. But if you have an allergy or you are sensitive to garlic it’s a problem. Most of the dishes have garlic and last night it was hard to get the waitress to go talk to the chef and ask just to grill my fish with no garlic and not to add any sauce . The waitress was very nice, they finally agreed not to add garlic to my food. There are other options around the area for dinner if you are going to Disney Hall or Music Center.

Amazing place and food. The burger and pancakes are pretty spectacular! Actually all the food is spectacular. Will be coming back again and again.

Wonderful brunch before a performance at the Disney Music Hall. Highly recommend the mushroom risotto and the pancakes!!!
