   Did not appreciate the credit card hold on a party of 4 with a same-day reservation within 4 hours of booking and with a threat of a $25 charge per person for a no show. Hostess was friendly and sat us 15 minutes before our seating. We had to wait long periods of time for any type of service and it was all transactional. Only one person in our dining party enjoyed their meal.

   there is no information about the parking situation which is not available in more than couple of blocks. When we were seated we waited and looked for server for more than 15 minutes. Finally I had to get up and go to the hostess desk and ask for a server. The manager showed up and said there was a mixup in the schedule but he never apologized. Their fajitas tasted good but it was not sizzling like most places. The staff did not seem to be happy working there.

   Hello John- thank you for choosing Ometeo for your Mother's Day dining, but of course disappointed to hear it did not go as smoothly as it should have. We do appreciate you taking the time to bring your issues to our attention. We take great pride in our service and overall Ometeo experience, as I hope you can trust from our 4.5 rating here on Open Table. That said, we know we are not perfect so we do want to know about it when we fall short or don't live up to our standard in any way. Will be reaching out to you privately to further discuss your experience. Glad to see you did enjoy the food and the restaurant ambience so hopefully you will be open to give us another try. I am confident we can deliver a proper and more fully satisfying Ometeo experience next time around.

   The food is very good. It seemed under staffed in that our waiter wasn’t present very often. Our main dishes came out before our appetizers did, which isn’t ideal. The restaurant is very nice and staff does seem very pleasant.

   Went for brunch around 2 pm on a Saturday and it was very relaxing and peaceful and not too crowded or noisy. The staff were very friendly and the unique and colorful southwest interior design of the restaurant is stunning. Make sure to check out the lounge upstairs as well as the bar outside. All beautiful spaces and the food and drink were equally good.

   I would return, and enjoyed the food and ambiance (despite the noise level on that particular evening- a Friday before a sold out performance at Capital One Hall). I wish the portions were bigger for the cost.

    It was a great experience from start to finish. Host was very accommodating and pleasant. My server was so friendly and attentive! Atmosphere was great being it was Cinco De Mayo! Live DJ also Mariachi band!! So much fun
