This was a wonderful experience. The servers were exceptional. Very attentive and have me great recommendations. I had the mushroom croquetas which were divine. Crispy on the outside and creamy in the inside. They were seasoned to perfection. I had the grilled grouper with a sunchoke puree. The grouper was grilled to perfection, flaky, and well seasoned. I will definitely eat here again!

I was truly take aback by this restaurant. It’s in an area of North Miami that’s not all that impressive and it’s not too easy to find because their sign is small. Nonetheless, once you get over those two hurdles, the restaurant impresses. It’s not very big, but it gets traffic. The food was excellent and not at all expensive, though the menu could use a few more options. That doesn’t change the fact that the food was very very tasteful. Plates were creative. We were particularly impressed by the shiitake mushroom croquetas. Off the wall! With the exception of the pumpkin rice, everything else was savory, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The staff was stupendous. We were taken care of by the three waiters there and they were all great, but the young Cuban girl was very pleasant, warm, and good humored. We were a party of 7 and she connected with everyone with an amazing attitude and charm, all the while maintaining her warm simplicity and grace. Thank you! EDAN really impressed users from beginning to end. Oh, did I tell you about the basque cheesecake? It is the best Basque cheesecake I’ve ever had in Miami!!!

We loved four of our five dishes. Mushrooms croquettas, crab and corn pasta, tuna tartare were especially amazing. The grouper was fishy and left something to be desired texturally. The wine was incredible and the service was fantastic. We're lucky to have Edan in NoMi!

Went on an Anniversary dinner with a couple of my friends! They were very understanding with my party as it changed a couple of times and I could not change through Open Table and they were very responsive and flexible with all my changes. We order a couple of plates. They were a couple of hits and misses. but overall not bad. The cheesecake is a must order!

Aitor es un digno representante de la cocina vasca. Me refiero al respeto a la profesión expresada en que el propio dueño está en el corazón de la cocina asegurando la calidad de los platos que piden los clientes ! Excelente es poco desde las entradas hasta los principales,el pan,el Txacoli y la tarta vasca y más. Volvería siempre que regrese a Miami ya que vivo en Argentina.
