A reservation was booked and we were seated an hour after our reservation . The staff was very pleasant which I loved and patient . But a reservation shouldn’t have to wait an hour to be seated

I’ve been to several Fogo de Chão locations across the country, but the Fort Lauderdale branch was a disappointment. The quality of the meat did not meet the usual Fogo standard—especially the filet, which had an off smell and taste that made me question whether they use prime cuts here. Service was noticeably slow, likely due to being understaffed, and the caipirinha I ordered was by far the worst I’ve had at any location. Also, a mandatory gratuity is added for parties of 5 or more, which unfortunately seemed to result in lower service quality rather than better hospitality. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this location. If you’re seeking high-quality meat and attentive service, I’d recommend choosing another Fogo or a different steakhouse altogether.

Extremely expensive for what you guys offer! They never came with any fillet mignon, or steak or skirt steak and one time with lamb and sausage. But they kept bringing some pork that was fat and hard to chew. The bar food was good.

The Miami location is such a great place, not sure what’s going on with Ft. Lauderdale location but I think management may need to improve… service and food were average at best. We had 3 different waiters during dinner for some reason, needless to say one didn’t care more than the other. One of our drinks was wrong, the first waitress seemed annoyed when we told her, and when she brought the right one she asked me if “I was happy now”? Like what?? 2 drinks were still missing from the table after 10mns. Same 2 cuts of red meat brought to the table and we had to request for more options. The meat guys were borderline rude and our last waiter completely ignored us. And to finish strong, my B-day dessert was thrown in front of me with a forced “Happy B-day” and let us all in shock. Anyway… very disappointing dinner, last visit for sure.

The service was pleasant and Eduardo was an excellent server, extremely attentive. Food was great, only wish there was additional cuts of meat in the Full churrasco option, but other than that no complaints.

Eduardo was a fantastic server and the meats/sides were all amazing! We went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was a great experience! They even give a free dessert :)
