Started off with the duck paté served with grilled bread. It was outstanding. The prime rib was the best we have ever had. The sides were very tasty too (spinach, mashed potatoes and fries). Finished off with a delicious baked alaska. The service was wonderful too. We will certainly be back.

This was our 4th or 5th time there and the first time every aspect wasn’t perfect. Service was great, the Prime Rib was great but the baked potato was cold, even after getting a second one. The Yorkshire pudding was also cool, definitely not hot. Besides that everything was great, hopefully it was just an off day. We will definitely be back.

Had a great time at rib room for dinner w friends. Cocktails were good, enjoyed the food, and the service was wonderful. I had been there once before and mentioned an item that wasn’t on the menu anymore, and the waiter was nice enough to ask the chef if they could make it happen - and they came through! The lobster thermidor was great. Would recommend and look forward to going back!

If you want prime rib, you won’t do any better. Keep in mind room is small and you are very close to adjoining tables

First time in the Rib Room space at Meat & Potatoes. There were enough gluten free options for my wife. Although I enjoyed the prime rib it was only served medium rare and my wife would have like it cooked more. Given the limited entree options the meat temperature should be accommodated OR explained on the online menu so proper decisions could be made.

Honestly, was underwhelmed. Nothing wrong with anything. Food was tasty. Service was nice. But it’s very, very expensive. I wanted to be “wowed.” The only thing that wowed me was the bill!

Best prime rib in Pittsburgh. Could use a bit more selection when it comes to sides, but I’m quibbling. Great dining experience.

Our experience, while very good, began a little odd. Keep in mind this is a VERY small dining room. We were seated directly next to the only other table dining at the time. It was strange and slightly uncomfortable. Food was very good and the truffle fries and creamed spinach were among the best we’ve had from any steakhouse. Prime rib was done to perfection and the drinks were fantastic. We definitely could’ve shared the 10oz cut with all of the sides. Rigatoni may have been a smidge too al dente. I don’t know if we’ll go back, but it was worth a visit.
