Beautiful place but the service was horrible. Only saw the waiter when placing the order and after that she disappeared. Had to ask a random waiter to give me napkins and to bring the check.

Everything was great, but the bathroom was atrocious, none of the stalls were clean, two out of the three stall’s doors didn’t close. There was water on the floor and it was very slippery. To their defense there was caution sign but I still feel the bathrooms should have been better cared for. I was there for about 1 1/2 and the bathrooms were never tended to.

Horrible service taken for granted since 20% gratuity is built in I assume they don’t feel pressure to be pleasant or efficient. Food was decent. Drink was as expected. Noise is high, since you asked, but a fun environments can be —-so no complaints there. Overpriced tourist trap. Probably also to be expected, but you asked about pricing and non alcohol beverages are over the top on pricing. Primary concern is the terrible service and gratuity should be a choice and an expression of gratitude based on service provided. Not a penalty for taking abuse.

The food was beautifully presented most Of it. However all the food was cold. I mean not one dish was warm Or hot. I don’t believe the restaurant was packed and we only had a party of 5. The waiter was kind. The layout is beautiful as well. Another spoiler, the Bathroom is unkept and disgusting. Sinks are backed up and filled with the dirty water from patrons hands and there was NO soap to wash hands. Pray the kitchen wasn’t in the same state.

Service was horribly slow. Drinks were not tasty. And food was less then mediocre with exorbitant pricing.

First time going to sugar Factory for birthday the ambiance was okay, the service was on point tending to your table quickly food and drink came fast however the food was not good at all also found a hair fried into my calamari very disgusting was turned off after that. The manager was nice to take off the bill and asked if I wanted to order any other appetizer also received free cake for birthday

Our visit to the restaurant was quite disappointing. The dining area was extremely hot and uncomfortable, which really took away from the experience. Our server was visibly sweaty—so much so that we were worried about the hygiene around our food. We were served glasses of water that were only filled about three-quarters of the way, with little to no ice. Given how hot it was, we had to specifically ask for more ice just to stay somewhat comfortable. As for the food, while the presentation was decent, the overall taste and quality were lacking. We ordered spaghetti, chicken alfredo, and fish and chips. Unfortunately, the fish and chips were very greasy and, in my opinion, inedible. We also ordered the Cookie Monster milkshake, which looked amazing in the picture, but the real thing didn’t live up to the presentation. That said, the two teenage girls in our group still found it fun, so at least that was a small highlight. Overall, between the uncomfortable environment, underwhelming service, and subpar food, this was not the dining experience we were hoping for.
