   We showed up, following our days in advance reservation, on Mother’s Day, only to find many other families just sitting in the parking lot. We quickly discover that the business was closed without notice, on Mother’s Day. We were required to provide a phone number for the reservation (on Mother’s Day) and heard nothing from them to advise as to their sudden closure. Securing Mothers Day reservations can already be difficult and so with nowhere to go upon their sudden closure, we will never go back. Sugar Factory was a disappointment, and not what one should ever expect from a ”hospitality” business.

   We were unable to eat here for Mother’s Day due to it being closed. We understand it was out of their control so we will try another time to dine there. However, we have eaten here before and absolutely loved it! The food was yummy and the mimosas were delicious! We love the variety on their menu. Our kids are picky but they love the “krabby patties” aka the rainbow sliders.

   We arrived and they had a sign out front stating they were closed temporarily. There were several people that had made reservations and never received any info about them being closed. I also missed out on my points. Lisa ann

   Made a reservation for 3 for 6pm on a Saturday. We arrived on time and told to wait to be seated. We waited. And waited. Other customers came and were seated. At 6:15pm I went back to the podium and was told that she needed to find menus. The restaurant had mostly empty tables. More waiting. Others came and were seated. Finally seated. We were very disappointed as we had made reservations and still had to wait. Atmosphere is loud. Music. Bday celebrations with singing. That may be a positive if negative for you. Food provides large portions. Chicken parm can easily be split between two people. The banana split was huge and very nicely presented.

   First, they seated us and then told us they had seated us by mistake and that we would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for service. Then they brought us our drinks. We ordered Sprite, and Sprite is supposed to be completely transparent, but this Sprite was colored. My wife and I ordered the same thing, and what they brought were two different things. The music was very loud, and we could barely hear what we were saying. The food was okay, but I don't think I'll go back.

   We were a party of nine with a party of 20+ seated close to us. This was at 1 pm on a Saturday afternoon. One server was covering both tables and more. Drinks took forever to receive at the cost of $52 each and they sent the wrong one to one person in our party which took forever to replace. When it did arrive, the server kept pouring to the point the drink was running all over our table. When we ordered our food, two of us ordered an item on the menu that we were told is no longer on the menu (Sugar Factory Eggs Benedict). So we had to review the menu again to pick something else. Be sure you go to the bathroom before you get there. They have room for one in the men's and one in the family bathroom. No separate for just women! We ordered several items that were to include rubber ducks -- Well if you have read other reviews, they seem to always be out of rubber ducks. I chose this place for our Mother's Day gathering and am still glad we tried it because the young grandchildren really enjoyed it. As adults, we do not plan to return and will advise other adults to take the bad reviews online seriously. I did not, even after reading some of them. Time with family is always fun and memorable; and, in the future, I will be sure to visit the place before making reservations, so we don't all end up disappointed regarding a place we expected to be so much better. I had planned to arrange for my porcelain painting group to go there for birthdays but that won't be happening. For those of you expecting rubber ducks that Sugar Factory is supposed to have and always seem to be out of, I found some really cute ones at Publix! Wonder how they have a supply and Sugar Factory doesn't. Interesting huh!
