   Il Forno is the best Italian restaurant in Nashville!!! I love the Sophia Pizza, meatballs, Rigatoni pasta, lamb gnocchi! 😋 Nutella Pizza and Panna Cotta for dessert!! The owners and staff are so friendly. They create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We will be back soon.

   We had another outstanding experience at Il Forno. This place is amazing! I highly recommend you RUN, don't walk to eat here while in Nashville. The atmosphere and food is the BEST!

   Having dined at Il Forno 4x since November 2024, booked for Mother’s Day to assure a good experience. Unfortunately the experience was an absolute disappointment. Started immediately when the entry door was propped open because the air conditioning was not operating. Rainy humid day, hot ovens and full restaurant made for a very unpleasant dining experience. Mom ordered a Diet Coke to cool off only to find out that the restaurant was out of Diet Coke and had no other diet soft drinks. Mom and two others in our party order ravioli, restaurant is out of ravioli. We should have left at this point. Stayed and dined, sweated out the experience to find out only one desert was available. Oh by the way - no towels in men’s restroom as well. Not sure how employees washed/dried hands. Very very disappointing.

   IL Forno was an excellent experience. Food was incredible and you get well above what you would normally expect to pay for the portion size. . . Family style place with a great atmosphere. I hope they never change it. Going back to try more of the menu for sure.

   It was our first visit to Il Forno. Everything was excellent. Parking is very convenient and FREE. If there is a wait, no worries, just go to Fait La Force Brewing for a refreshing microbrew while you wait. We started with a pizza and calamari and both were delicious. Our table all ordered different entrees so we could sample. Everyone's was excellent but my special was the best: Black truffle risotto with duck. Service was excellent. The best Italian food I've had since visiting Tuscany. We will definitely return.

   Dining at Il Forno was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and impeccable professionalism, making us feel like honored guests rather than just customers. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive, offering thoughtful wine pairings that elevated each course. It’s rare to find a place where the service and atmosphere are as memorable as the food, but Il Forno delivered on every front. We look forward to our next visit! Keep up the outstanding job!

   Nashville gem! Iggy and staff make you feel like you’re in Napoli. Amazing food, and the best pizza outside of Italy.

   The food was good, not great. Everything came out super fast and it was all on the table at once instead of coursing it out.

    The food was excellent - very fresh and flavorful, the space was open and has high ceilings. Our server was attentive, courteous, and knowledgable. He encouraged us to come by for Friday or Saturday dinner when they have a variety of chef's specials. Will be taking his advice soon! Thank you!
