Beyond Azabu lies The Den, an award winning exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi helmed by Master Sushi Chefs. Located inside The Stanton Hotel, The Den at Azabu Miami Beach elevates the local culinary scene with authentic Japanese cuisine and transportive experiences. The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. All guests must consume raw fish. Chef's do their best to accommodate any dietary restrictions if informed in advance.
