Nostalgia Bar is fantastic! I love the ambiance and the drinks. I was sad to find out that the kitchen closed. This is a great place to start or end your night here. I will come back again soon.

It was advertised online and on their website as a place to eat infused food or drinks, but that was not the case. That's the whole reason we made a trip to Santa Monica. We didn't get our menus for a time, and the waiter would walk by often without checking on us. The ambiance is great, the artwork is amazing, but the actual service, food and drinks were okay. Wish I had called beforehand to confirm if they actually had what they're supposedly branded for in the cannabis online world.

One of the best places to eat and have some drinks in LA. All their food is organic and top quality. Their cocktails are whimsical, nostalgic, and just delicious. Their newly added cocktails are also amazing. Please try the Bread and Butter Martini, you will not be disappointed.

The food and cocktails were great. We made reservations a few days before for two but the reservations were pointless. There was no one to check us in and we took the only available seats at a standing bar facing the wall. When the server acknowledged us after a while he gave us menus and once we placed order quickly took them away. The drinks arrived after food (we didn’t care) but this just signifies how long to make drinks to make. The problem is that we couldn’t order more to save our lives. We couldn’t get a menu or get servers attention. After finally flagging him down we finally got the bill. It was weird because the other white patrons were being visited by him. But we only saw him when he took our order and then gave us our bill. It sucks because the food/cocktails really are good.

This place was a hidden gem. It was quite pricey, but the food and drinks justified the cost if you were looking to treat yourself to a unique experience. They had live music, nice comfortable easy jazz that gave the small space some extra vibes. The staff were very friendly. They had a bar to sit at and enjoy drinks or a few couches with a table which I found comfortable. But get there early to get the couches. They had outdoor seating with oversized games to play. The outside vibe was different from the inside vibe. I made a reservation but apparently that wasn't necessary. This isn't the spot if you are on a budget though so make sure you're taking someone worth the money!

Completely ignored by staff. Took 30 minutes to get a drink and we were at the bar with no one ahead of us in line and few people around. There was a table of some 30 people outside which I guess required the whole staff’s attention.

REALLY loved Nostalgia. Sat outside and had a great margarita and a delicious burger. There was a lovely wine maker who came by and treated my friend and I to several samples of wine from Doctor's Orders. Everything was delicious, the wait staff was delightful, and I love that there's parking and that it's a bit off the beaten path of most of the restaurant-laden parts of SaMo. I will absolutely be back.

The thing I love most about traveling is discovering and sampling new foods, ingredients, and dishes from different cultures, and the drinks at Nostalgia was like a little tour of the world! Each drink was creative, choreographed, and contained an element of fun or surprise; and the entire staff was a performance incorporating techniques from molecular gastronomy and influences from global mixology. The place was extremely fun, relax and chill, great for a night with friends. Really good food, unique presentation, phenomenal service. Chef Chris walking around and saying hi, was really nice to see. I highly recommend this place. Top 10 in LA.

Everything and I do mean everything, was severely overpriced. In some cases double of what you expect. The fish and chips were $28.00 and came with only two pieces of fish and single serve fries. All drinks were $18.00 and were not really worth it. The beet salad hardly had beets at all. I get it, they need to pay their bills, starting up and all, however, there should be something in it for the customer. Two people sharing a salad and fish and chips with 3 cocktails between us and it was over $120.00 including an 18% tip on $107.00 total. We were going to see a show at McCabes. I would recommend a combined promotion effort with a flat 20% off your bill for people eating there before going to another local venue like McCabes. I would recommend it, but not without qualification.

I feel like the drinks are the highlight, food is great, and the overall experience is cool. All of our drinks were incredible, the fries seemed to be perfect (sounds weird but they are that good), cauliflower was great, Kobe toast was incredible, fish and chips was great, lobster roll was great, Kobe hamburger was good, the trifle dessert was dreamy, the chocolate cake was okay (a bit dry which took away from the overall taste), and the PB&J dessert was good (sorbet on top was the speaker of the piece). Overall, it was great!

The food was incredible. Service was top notch, so friendly and so attentive. Great ambience, the staff makes it clear that customer satisfaction is priority. This is our mew favorite place! The food and cocktails were incredible and the service was perfect! It was a fun yet relaxing atmosphere and can’t wait wait to go again especially when the live bands are playing. The entire staff were so attentive and friendly from the moment you walk in. Every single item we ordered to eat was next level bar food. The fish and chips were the very best we’ve all had and it’s Gluten-free!!! They are very accommodating and have options for Gluten Free and Vegan options. This place is a must try!
