   I really wish the food was a bit better. The steak was not cooked to the temperature we asked for but still tasted okay. The atmosphere was great and the service was as well. Only gripe was on the open table I made the reservation & said it was our anniversary but no one seemed to care or was aware. We walked in and were told just to sit anywhere. Not sure why open table has that option if it's not going to be used.

   Service on Presidents’ Day was super slow and terrible. My eggs came out and looked like they had been sitting there quite awhile. We got seated 15 mins after our rsvp and waited about 40 mins for our food to arrive and had to chase down for each item. Customers started serving themselves coffee behind the counter. Nothing to do with the staff as they were heavily short staffed (only 2 servers total) and tried the best they could but management should never allow this to happen especially when the hotel itself is fully booked for the holiday weekend.

   Extremely understaffed for Valentine’s Day which was disappointing especially when it’s an expense prix fixe menu. The chef had to take our plates away because the few other staffers were running around servicing a sold out crowd. The lobster tail was somehow sold out and we dined at 7PM. Food was decent but not worth the price. Disappointing experience all around. Wouldn’t go back.

   Prefixed menu on Valentine’s Day. Not mentioned on their website or OpenTable. It’s 6pm so I didn’t have time to cancel and book elsewhere. Took 1 hour for our first course. Keep in mind both myself and girl got raw platters. Tuna and octopus. Neither was tasty. Our main course, I got the halibut and my girl got the steak. Halibut was good but it sat on rice that didn’t match the flavor. My girl got the steak and the mash that came with it had no flavor. Seemed microwaved. For the price of the meals I would expect more flavor and more of a presentation of the meal. Also the meals were lukewarm. Again if I’m gonna wait this long to eat I’d expect the meals to be hot. Won’t dine here again. Bad experience. Ended up getting pizza across the street

   The location was a little busier, seemed like they didn’t have much of a handle until after 8:00 PM and we got there around 7:30-7:45 PM. The food overall was good, but the service was a little lackluster.

   Food was incredible (especially the truffle fries with the steak frites 😍). Service was quick but a little all over the place. It’s a new restaurant so I know they’re still learning the ropes. Overall a nice place for a date night with great food.

   Waited for about 10 minutes to be seated with a reservation as there was not host around. Once seated, we had a pleasant server. Ordered Gochujang Brussel sprouts and they were over cooked and not edible as they had the taste of being burnt. Ordered a margarita first one was fine, second order they messed up. Entrees took over hr to come out and there was maybe less than 10 people in the entire restaurant. Food finally came out and wasn’t the greatest. We had blackened salmon, potatoes and cold green beans; along with the truffle fries (not edible not sure what they put on them but wasn’t truffle) and steak. Overall food and slow service ruined the experience. Left and had to go to another restaurant to eat.

   The experience started off with not exactly know where to enter - I only noticed the folding sign on the street when leaving and the friend that was meeting me needed help finding her way in. Once inside, even though there were only maybe 10 people in the entire restaurant, I had to ask a bartender to seat my friend and I since there was no hostess. Once we were seated, there were no issues at all! Our waitress was very nice, our food came out relatively quickly and was delicious, and the decor was gorgeous. I wish there were more patrons because it was a little awkward being one of three couples there for the dinner service, but overall we had a good time. We did order from the restaurant week menu - I had the steak and my friend got the salmon, both were very good. Our cocktails were also delicious however overpriced in my opinion. I don’t know if I would go back but if I were staying at the Hyatt it makes a great hotel bar.

   The best item, that was available when I dined, was the croissant beignets. The server brought items to our table that we didn't order, and seemed very lackadaisical regarding hospitality overall.

    Came for brunch @12pm didn’t know they shut the place down to get ready for their 5 pm visitors “I guess” We should’ve been informed when making our reservations!! Felt rushed to eat and guzzle my cocktail down even though our entrees took a while to be served!! Our entrees came out before our appetizer… Took a bite of my food then the server comes with the bill talking about no rush… Really who said I didn’t want to order something else… I got the vibe that myself and husband weren’t wanted in their establishment!! To pay 44 buck to park and a 200.00 bill to eat. I need a time to let things marinate.. SMH😔😔🙄

    Could have been great - made a reservation for 11:15am , and as soon as we got there, we were told the kitchen closes at 11:30 so we'd need to order quickly - why would you take a reservation so close to closing and then rush us to order? ordered a sandwich asked to leave egg off due to allegies but they added mayo...that was fine, they took it away to remake it. left off the bacon I had ordered Brought it back, remade, but the english muffin was barely toasted. Coffee cup had lipstick on it, VERY visibly and definitely not mine. Service was pleasant - but if you give me a cup with lipstick on it, at least take the price off the coffee. They claim to be Pennsylvania inspired, but it was just a regular breakfast. It was slightly below average.

    The place was pretty empty and it took 35 min for our first drink and 2 hours for our whole meal. Food was good but service and ambiance were disappointing. We sat in the lounge by our table and it was very dirty.

    So it started with an extended wait at the host stand. The host was seating guest just ahead of us and then POOF! Literally never saw that person again and after 10 minutes someone finally sat us. Ordered coffees and the server brought them quickly. Coffee was hot and fresh. We ordered cocktails and our meals. Steak and eggs for both of us. We had a very long wait for our cocktails around 15 minutes. There were about 3 to 4 other tables so it wasn’t crazy busy and no one was seated at the bar. We ordered our steaks medium rare and medium. They were both about the same but okay. No steak knifes and the steak was a bit over seared and tough. The breakfast potatoes were dry and had little flavor. We asked for the check, cue more waiting. Overall not a great experience.

    Convenient since it’s in lobby of hotel. Pricey. Limited breakfast options. Food tasted average. White toast on menu but they didn’t have any. Coffee was good.

    The service was horrible. The hostess acted like seating our party of 5 was an inconvenience. It took a very long time for our server to greet the table and take our order. We had breakfast and all orders were egg based with the exception of one oatmeal. It took over an hour for our food to be brought out and then my meal was missing. The server was very apologetic and offered a complimentary muffin while I waited. By the time my scrambled egg sandwich was brought out everyone else had finished. They wrapped it up for me and took it off the bill. I suspect it was just a case of low staff, but the negatives outweighed the positives for us during this dining experience.

    Patchwork staff was very friendly and efficient. The food and service were both above average. There were 5 of us and none had any complaints about either. We will all be going back!

    I don’t normally write bad reviews but I’m hoping this review can help ownership. This space is beautiful. Amazing design and architecture. But the vibe was weird. I think it could have used a little bit darker lighting and better music. The drinks were very expensive but not worth the price tag. There was nothing unique about the experience. It was practically empty. This could be an “it” spot with a better menu and more care. But alas I’m sure they will try to just slide by based on appearances. Won’t work. Skip this place and go to on of the dozens of other center city restaurants that are cute and have good service and pride themselves on quality. Culinary arts including mixology is a craft that needs to be mastered. As the famous countess Luann sang, “Money can’t buy you class.”

    The food was terrible. There were only about 4 entrees on the menu. The waitress was very nice however the desert I ordered was probably the worst thing I ever eaten. I do not recommend, I honestly hate that I wasted my money.

    Patchwork was awesome. The server Lucy was great and the bartender that made my Old Fashioned was one of the best if had. The chef Etrish prepared our food to perfection.
