Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Always love my dining experiences at Eddie V’s! The live music was amazing and set the ambiance in a wonderful way. (There was a great female vocalist singing many familiar songs.). The food was terrific, from appetizers to entrees to sides! The Smoked Old Fashions are my favorite and the service was impeccable! I will definitely be back again!

I've been multiple times and always had a great experience. I took a good friend there and he is sure to return. We had a waitress in training by Alexjandra and they were both Amazing.

Amazing service from Richard and excellent meal - lobster tacos, tuna tartare, Parmesan sole and filet scampi special. Truly well prepared and quality ingredients … must visit !

This was the worst experience we had. The service was horrible, the food took forever and then came out wrong!! They offered us complimentary dessert and coffee and never brought the coffee. Not worth the overly expensive prices. Will never go back.

The staff is always amazing and food and options for happy hour are fun. Live music was wonderful, as always. They find excellent talent.

Always pleasure to dine at Eddie v’s in Paramus, this is the best location, I’ve been to others in Boston, and Texas and the experience isn’t quite the same. The service to top notch, Eric the manager is always there to make you feel like family. The service team is very attentive. I highly recommend this location
