Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Simon was AMAZING!! What a delight, he was so personable, kind, and funny. The food was perfect as always but it was Simon that stole the show and we loved every second of it! Thank you for a great evening. Xx

    Excellent service as per usual. Simon was happy and funny and attentive. Tomato and burrata salad was exceptional as well as the tuna tartar. Steaks cooked to the perfect temp and sides were great. Thanks for a great experience.

    The Capital Grille is always great and the food was fantastic!! We were celebrating my son’s high school graduation and the entire staff made it extremely special from the moment we walked in the door. Our waiter Ian D was truly outstanding and very accommodating and I will certainly be requesting him when we return in the future.

    Great food and beautiful light interior. Super service from Alexander and Bill (manager) helped us choosing a fantastic wine. Absolutely recommendable

    Always an enjoyable experience to dine here. The food is tremendous and the staff is even better. You can not go wrong at the Capital Grille.
