   Our experience at Caffe Americano was amazing and mind blowing. We definitely recommend the restaurant for couples or individuals that want to have a quiet dinner.

   I rarely leave negative reviews, but The Americano in Atlanta was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The restaurant was freezing cold—we had to ask for heat, which is ridiculous for any supposedly upscale place. The cafe area felt cheap and unwelcoming, and the overall vibe was far from five-star. Service? Practically nonexistent. It took 20 minutes just to get a drink and bread. I had to hunt down my server just to get basic attention. Not once did I feel like a valued guest. And the food? Complete trash. Bland, uninspired, and definitely not worth the inflated prices. Think McDonald’s quality at a luxury price point—no exaggeration. If you’re expecting a premium dining experience, run from this place. The Americano is all style, no substance, and wildly overpriced for what they deliver. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

   It was good but the live music competed with the music overhead making it loud. They were in what appeared to be a temporary set up - servers having to cross the lobby to bring dishes.

   We were seated outside, where the noise was much better. while waiting there were a lot of people at the bar, and they were LOUD. I culd barely hear the hostess.

   The menu was limited due to a kitchen fire 6 weeks ago. It would have been helpful to know this before booking this spot.

   We had reservations at 6 and arrived 15 minutes early. We asked if we could be seated and were asked to wait at the bar. There were only 2 tables occupied but we waited until a little after 6. There appeared to be no reason for the wait as at the time we were seated, no one else had been seated and only one other party came in the entire time we were there. Once we were seated we waited about 10 minutes to be approached. Long story short, the service was extremely slow. I have no problem with that on a busy night but that was not the case. The food was phenomenal enough to make up for the slow service. Our server was very polite and nice to talk to, just not around much. Overall it was a positive experience but not sure I would go back.
