I made this reservation well in advance and even received a text to confirm. When I arrived the bar was completely closed and there was a sign up stating they were renovating. I do not live in the area so I traveled here and was really looking forward to having a romantic Valentine's Day with my boyfriend. It was very disappointing that I was able to make and confirm a reservation for a restaurant that was completely shut down.

They had an already smaller menu due to Valentine’s Day and they were out of the one entree they offered by 6 pm. They also had no espresso and couldn’t make an espresso martini. It was 90 dollars for 3 drinks and 3 apps which I felt was a lot given how small the portions were.

The fire was wonderful to sit beside, I felt I was in Paris. A lovely place to catch up with a friend. Our server was remarkable, welcoming and warm. The hummus was creamy and rich and I later refused to share it with my husband as it inspired within me a dormant strain of possessiveness.

We really enjoyed Bar Sabine! The drinks were beautifully crafted and so fun. We enjoyed the food (it was a bit on the smaller side) but we ordered tons. The carrots with the whipped feta was phenomenal, their house made potato chips with mushroom hummus was a hit, and their chicken skewer with the garlic sauce was amazing! I recommend making a reservation it seems to be a go-to for many! We’d totally go again!

So so worth it! Yummy is an understatement! From the fun drinks to the scrumptious kebabs, we couldn't stop ordering. Anything on the menu is a sure hit. Do not hesitate going. Book your spot and make it down there!

Felt welcomed and at home as soon as I stepped in. Warmly greeted by hostess who showed me to our table. Lovely, attentive waiter made an excellent wine suggestion. We ordered the muhammara because my friend had never had it before. Served with warm, yummy, homemade (?) pita. The vibe is very cozy and delightful!

Service was impeccable and food and drinks are great so over all I really like this place. I didn't realize that a reservation doesn't necessarily warranty that you will seat inside so just keep that in mind. I have never been able to seat in the bar area and I think the atmosphere just doesn't translate to the outside tables at dinner time.

Wanted a fun place to take an old friend so tried this place out. The menu is rather limited...more of a small plate or appetizer place, but what we got was delicious. Drinks are expensive but the ones we had were really good.

The service was very poor. We waited about an hour for our food after ordering. Our waiter changed three times but we felt like we didn’t actually have a waiter, as no one came around and we felt forgotten. I’ve been here before with great service, but this experience made the pricy cocktails not worth it.

Expensive for small bordering on stingy plates of mediocre food. Tuna Skewers were actually just a single skewer and massively overcooked. Bacon wrapped figs came with 2 tiny figs with bacon slivers. Drinks had a lot of listed ingredients which you couldn’t taste. Service was nice, no problems there. Overall suggest skipping if you like food at all.

The entire staff made my birthday dinner the most special dining experience I’ve ever had. So kind and accommodating. The food and drinks are delicious and fun. I love sharing this place with all of my friends. Great ambiance, a total hidden gem. My favorite bar hands down.

Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, slight menu (though food was stellar), great drink selection. All the indoor seating is high-top, and the tables are fairly large — if you're on a date, this removes a degree of intimacy. Oh .. and the music was just a bit loud and made it difficult for conversation at times. With that understanding, I'll definitely be back.

Really cool hideaway space with that speakeasy vibe. Lots of mirrors to check yourself if you’re on a date. Food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were incredibly creative in their use of ingredients and intriguing names. Ordered the cocktails Blood & Rage and Spirits of Vengeance and the waiter commented ”this is an aggressive table!“ hahaha. Stellar service!

I think I would have had a better time if seated outside. It was so loud, that I couldn't have a conversation with my date. I liked most of the food, but the pita bread that came with the hummus was still dough in the middle. They brought us chips to hold us over until they made a new pita, but it never showed up.

Always love the vibe of the back bar along with the rad staff. I’d easily eat the cheese baklava everyday if I wasn’t lactose intolerant. And even at that I still think about it. Drinks are magical but always seem to end way to soon. All around sweet local gem. Always a pleasure, we’ll be back again soon. Many thanks!

Beautiful space - dark wood vibe. Food, drink and service all excellent. Pricey, but not unexpected given topnotch quality all-around. Great date night stopover. Regular hangout? Not so much. Was a bit loud, too - and rather than the latest-and-greatest music feed, this place is calling for something more classic and timeless.
