My husband and I ate the premium all you can eat and it was incredibly expensive for the quality of the food. The service here is also very poor. We asked our waiter over 3 times for some water and didn’t get any until we had to bother a different waiter. We also asked for some forks 2 times and when he came back, he brought us knifes instead of forks. The food comes out very slowly and we had to keep a notes page on our phone because a lot of things we ordered never came. The tables are incredibly uncomfortable and are not meant for tall people. My knees were pressed into the grill the entire time and I had barely any room to stretch my legs out. The tables are very close together and you can hear the conversations of both tables next to you.

Water, place settings, and a correct order, are the basics a restaurant should cover. The hostess had us wait to "make sure the table was ready", but sat our 4 top, at a table with 2 place settings. If you don't want children to use the grill, explain that and still provide them plates and utensils/chopsticks. We had to ask our server 4 times for the basics. Word to the wise: keep a note on your phone of what you order and mark it off when it's received, because not everything will come out, and some of what does -will be wrong. Don't expect appetizers to arrive first.

I liked the food and ambience. Service was okay for a busy place. I just really hated a drink that I ordered and didn’t drink it and was charged for it anyways. Would go to a different location and try again.

Been to this location several times, and we have never had such terrible service. Our server was forgetful, lazy, and often ignored our requests. This includes having to ask for more water multiple times before it happened, dishes coming in much later than requested ( or not at all). Including soups that were the first thing we ordered The food was good (as always), but we were very disappointed. Please train your staff to be much more attentive.

We were there for the Restaurant Week menu. Everything was delicious. There was so much food that we all had leftovers. Grilling your own food was fun--raw meat turned into an excellent meal. before they brought the meat there was miso soup, salad and appetizer, and afterward there was ice cream for dessert. The only criticism I have is that they were short-staffed, and we had to wait for a table, even though we had a reservation and there were empty tables.

Husband & I went on a Thursday during Dine Out week. Very busy however we were accommodated after a brief wait despite arriving 25min early. For $48 each we received a generous variety of foods. Fried & boiled spicy dumplings(brought cooked) , salad, rice, 3 meats ( I loved cooking & eating! the garlic shrimp & beef), garlic spinach & green peppers. Got extra napkins for the variety of sauces.Vanilla or green tea ice cream for dessert. Server & manager very gracious. I brought some food home. We were both very pleased.

It was my first time at this location and I was impressed with the service, our waiter”Jack” was very friendly and take a good care of us. The food came in good portion and fast. I would come eat here again for sure!
