Been wanting to try this place, however, the pricing has always held me back. Thought I’d give Mother’s Day brunch a try. My husband had the French toast, and I honestly was very disappointed that he had two thin slices but mounds of whipped cream that went along with the banana foster French toast. This is a very inexpensive meal to make the price was a little up there, but then not to even use Hollow bread or give at least four slices that was a little disturbing. My frittata was a small pie wedge shape that was premade the lamb sausage that I had was amazing. Didn’t appreciate getting charged $10 for a large bottle of Pire sparkling water and then not given a cap to take it home when I was the only one that was drinking it. We both saw our food was very good. I like going somewhere where you know you might be paying more but you feel like you’ve been appreciated for that fact. That includes everything the atmosphere as the food and the service. This is such a small little quaint place. I just feel like they’re missing something when it comes to their customers.

Met old friends for dinner...great atmosphere, service was exceptional, our waitress was so friendly and knowledgeable (I believe her first day with your group). She actually remade our french martini correctly. It was amazing. Wine selection was top notch. And that Menu!!! My goodness...can't get much better. Small menu's are my thing. We each had something different and they were all phenomenal.

We were excited to finally try the restaurant. Service was excellent as we were the only customers. Everyone agreed the quality of good was excellent (The charceuterie, shrimp, bison, deer, and lobster dishes) but the few "extras" they provided did not equate to a good value for us. We wish them well!

This is truly a hidden gem! It is honestly the best meal I have had in a very long time! I had their grouper special and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the bison fillet and it was outstanding. They also have a very interesting wine list! The menu is a little pricey for the area but it was well worth it! We will definitely come back!

We love this place. I need to let others know though, this is not a restaurant you will be in and out of. Part of the greatness of Latitude 48 is that you are paying to sit and relax. Not just eat and leave as soon as possible. It's such a calm, quiet, relaxing place. The food is excellent and the staff are kind and know when to let you be and when to come ask if you need help. I cannot express this enough. THIS PLACE IS A 5 STAR RESTAURANT!!!!! My wife and I live 5 minutes down the road and make this a once a month trip :) 10 out of 5 stars!!!!!

Restaurant Review: A Hidden Gem worth the drive Our initial impression of the lunch menu was that it seemed limited, but any doubts were quickly dispelled by the **superior quality of ingredients and flawless execution**. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the chef’s expertise and attention to detail. The lesson here? **Trust the chef**—even if the menu feels unfamiliar or pushes you slightly out of your comfort zone. Our waiter was an absolute delight, adding a personal touch to the meal by sharing the story of the owners’ aviation background. This narrative was reflected in the restaurant’s decor, menus, creating a unique and immersive atmosphere. The physical location is admittedly a bit **off the beaten path**, tucked away in a less-traveled area. However, every aspect of the experience—from the food to the service to the ambiance—was **nothing short of superior**. It’s no exaggeration to say this is one of the best restaurants in Western PA. As a tribute to the unforgettable experience, we’ve already decided to return for dinner, even though it’s a 50 minute drive for us. If you’re looking for a dining experience that combines creativity, quality, and heart, [Restaurant Name] is well worth the journey. We can’t wait to see what the dinner menu has in store!
