   This is our third time at this restaurant. Our experience was excellent. The cuisine and cocktails were perfectly prepared. The service was superb. Davina took excellent care of us.

   We enjoyed our Mother's Day dinner thoroughly. Our server was top notch. She never let a glass go empty and anticipated things like extra lemons and crayons for our four-year old. It was a lovely evening. Thanks!

   Seated right on time, staff were all very friendly. Service was prompt and the food was wonderful. Great way to spend Mother’s Day lunch.

   The restaurant decor was attractive, understated coastal. Lots of comfortable booth seating and regular tabletop seating. Our server was very helpful and attentive, checking on us often and taking care of requests quickly. Food was the weak link here. Seafood was fresh but slow in coming (restaurant was only half full) and the prepared dishes were bland and underseasoned. My cioppino was filled with shrimp, bits of scallops, and only a few tiny clams and mussels. The broth was so flavorless that we had to request hot sauce just to liven it up. Husband liked his seafood enchiladas, but rice and beans were flavorless. Had high hopes for a seafood restaurant in the desert, especially having grown up in San Diego, but was disappointed.

   Wonderful ambiance and service. The food was top notch too. We had calamari appetizer and it was wonderful love the sweet chili sauce with the remoulade sauce combo. The scallops were delicious and paired perfectly with the Cesar salad. We shared bread pudding and key lime pie with some to take home. The coffee was rich and not bitter the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Fine dining at its best in a non pretentious atmosphere.

   Nice crowd for Wed night, 1/2 price on bottles of wine under $100....Very good deal along with good prices on food items, Well worth a visit.

   Was not greeted with a smile or welcome when we entered. More like "why are you bothering us" look. Waitress, however, was very good, pleasant and responsive. Manager who came over to ask how was the food, leaned over the railing and you could tell he was just going through the motions. Music was not conducive to a nice meal. I would have thought they might play something soft in the background instead of that crap they were playing(my opinion) and the volume it was set at. I think for the money, the experience was just ok, but next time I want to take my wife out, I will go where we are genuinely appreciated and the ambiance is appropriate. Sorry, I know others will disagree with me, but that's how I feel.
