   The chicken tenders were some of the most tender and moist I’ve ever had. Fall apart in your mouth. Flavor was great as well. The fish and chips were also fantastic, better than anything I’ve ever eaten in London. Absolutely stunning food for a sports bar. I think perhaps their food was tastier than most high end restaurants in that regard which is a shocker. Definitely recommend.

   Absolutely phenomenal time on Marathon Monday! We were downstairs with Jeff first then went and visited Nelson upstairs— we never get to go upstairs and man was it a treat! We felt like switching it up this time. Such a fun time was had by all our friends (who never had been to Teddys before) we also were so happy to see Courtney! Even though she wasn’t really behind the bar this night and she was managing she still came over to our table to say hi and introduce herself to our friends! We missed Jake Mr. Bow Tie—maybe we’ll catch him next time! We always come in before games and the staff never disappoints! The food is always great too—try the new El Diablo pizza wow!

   As Black Americans, my family and I don't dwell on race matters; we believe in treating everyone with care and empathy and believe we should receive this in return. We especially don’t consider race issues when dining out. We just want to go about our business, eat some food, drink some drinks. However, on Marathon Monday, this place completely soured our long held family tradition of post marathon celebrations. They disregarded our reservation and pre-discussed and pre-confirmed accommodations. (In short, 2 of the 5 of us were going to arrive later. We called three times prior to this day to remind them and reconfirm.) The manager on duty was the definition of unprofessionalism and did nothing to look into our concerns. Instead she escalated the matter, and incited other staffers (her language was inflammatory and had hints of discrimination and racial profiling) to join in abrasively. She also told us all reservations have a 90-minute limit, after which, people are told to leave. When we asked some other diners if they were told this, they said no. The three that got in also noted there were no other Black people and that the wait staff was already dismissive. The security at the door also went as far as to put his hands on me and my friend accompanying me; both of us are women. There was no apology, just total disregard. Unfortunately, since I was one of the two not allowed in because of arriving later (as previously confirmed with them many times), I cannot speak of the food or service. The three who did experience the place a bit before the escalated incident ensued, they noted the food was fine. In the end, we were kicked out. A note to the owner: Please treat your customers better and train your team to be inclusive and deal with a myriad of situations restaurants encounter all the time. (UPDATE: The owner called to apologize for our experience and said the 90-minute rule was a one-time occurrence added after my 3/20/23 reservation b/c of the Bruins game.)

   We sat in the window upstairs and it was such a cute space. Great ambience. The fish and chips was fabulous and the basic Becky cocktail was one of the best I’ve ever had!

Like we mentioned to you while you were dinning with us, we do not give our staff shirts to guests, especially the ones we have for holidays, like St. Patricks day--- as you can hopefully understand we need to have our staff in shirts, not running around naked.     Barmaids/servers were excellent. Very attentive and nice. They were serving both bar and tables (no waiters) and worked hard. We had the asian chicken salad, which was very good. Prices are reasonable. Will be back.

    An energetic place we went to for the first time. A good cocktail and beer menu but very limited wine offerings. Our meal started well with the nachos appetizer. They were tasty and a large enough serving for four people. We then had the fish tacos and the fish and chips. Both meals were terrible as the fish was over cooked and the fish and chip serving was small. We live nearby so we’ll give it another try and stick to appetizers and something simple like a burger.

    We had the rack of ribs and the penne with chicken. Both were uninspiring. The sauces were not freshly prepared and both dishes were loaded with carbs.

    Came here for my friends birthday dinner.. the food was amazing. The steak tips were juicy and tender, the Mac and cheese and burgers were also so good. Their take on the old fashion wasn’t to my liking but that’s prob an acquired taste with those bitters. Would def come back though.

    The food we had at Teddy's was absolutely delicious. We had made a reservation upstairs, but the upstairs was closed so we found a table downstairs. I'm not sure why they would specifically offer the option for an upstairs reservation when it's closed.

    Made a reservation which my husband mocked me for but it turned out to be a good thing—not a huge place. Our table was in a cute elevated corner in the front of the restaurant. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing and the service and food was quick and delicious.

    Been here before but made an open table reservation and arrived 5 minutes prior and was told by the surly doorman that even if you have a reservation you have to wait in line with people who did not so not sure what the point of a reservation is. Tried to call them about 10 times to confirm whether I should wait in line with the walk ins and no one answered so I left.

    This place was awesome. My boyfriend and I needed a spot before a concert at TD Garden so we stopped at Teddy's because we always walk by and it and mention wanting to check it out because it looks cool. The drinks were great, food was delicious, and prices were fair... not to mention it was a really cool ambiance. Highly recommend checking it out!

    Nice spot, we were there during the Celtics playoff game so it was loud but we didn’t mind since we’re both fans. Service was a little slow at times, a table that was seated after us got taken care of as far as drinks went. But other than that great food, the man who brought us our food was very accommodating and seemed like he appreciated our business.

    The service was a little slow- but this was Patriots Day and we must allow some consideration for this- food was outstanding - 7 of us all enjoyed our meals. Burgers, pizza, pretzel and artichoke chip dip were highlights.

    Everything was outstanding. After reading the other reviews about music, I’m not sure what they were talking about—maybe it’s because they brought kids into a bar? The music was awesome, great playlist! And for a week day it wasn’t too loud. Food was great too, definitely try the south shore pies it was my first time having one and it was out of this world. The drinks were crafty and I’ve been waiting for a spot in this neighborhood to get some sort of craft cocktail bar!! We actually met the general manager Courtney and she was so helpful in telling us all about the history of the building. We will 100% be returning. Welcome to the neighborhood!

    Very loud, playing music that i didn’t want my kids to hear profane lyrics. Waitress unfortunately missed my order and so I had no dinner. Historic place, cool hangout probably just an unfortunate experience.
