If you're looking for a great place to take a date, celebrate a birthday or anniversary Forty 1 is it. The staff was wonderful and attentive, Mariah was an exceptional! The food presentation and taste was phenomenal. The price was worth the attention to detail.

I have nothing but incredible things to say! The atmosphere was dreamy, the service was top notch and my dinner was delicious. I will be dreaming of the Elk Tataki for many days to come. Kudos to the chef and staff!

Excellent service by staff and Delicious food with an abundant of flavor… but at a ridiculous price $ Forty1 treats its food as if it was art that none of us really understand why it costs so much bc there really isn’t much to it. $28 for a drink called Red Flag is just nuts, simple drink that tastes like a margarita. $58 for chicken? C’mon guys. Your food is yummy, but nothing special. But if you decide to go. Ambience is very nice and I’d suggest to go in the evening hours as the lights of the pool and restaurant itself help distract you from their ridiculous prices. Also, there is no view of Red Rocks from restaurant. Save your hard earned money and bypass this restaurant. Just because it’s expensive and at a nice resort doesn’t make their food and drinks worth the price they charge. Don’t believe the hype.

Absolutely the best! Culinary art , symphony of tastes! Forty1 is now our favourite restaurant, and not only in Sedona. We celebrated our anniversary there, it was romantic and very sweet. The food is delicious, congratulations to the chef. We ordered Hamachi crudo, elk tataki, filet mignon and Mary’s farm chicken. All of them were super tasty and beautifully served. Loved every bite. We will be back there again, getting on this exciting journey with the amazing chef of this restaurant. Thanks a lot for our special day!

Absolutely incredible food and service! The wahoo being new to the menu is a welcomed change to salmon. The copper state filet mignon is so unique in taste and texture, intensely delicious! The elk tataki is a masterpiece!

Very good food. Slightly smaller portions, the appetizers that we shared were very small. Service was outstanding. The restaurant is not what I would call fancy, we ate outside (by choice) because it was overcast and cool. Eating inside would not have increased the experience.
