    The food here is fantastic - each recipe pops with deep flavors and wonderful aromas. The empanadas are light and fluffy - the filling really dominates the palate instead of the crust, which is welcome. The skirt steak is simply delicious - the sauce as savory as any we've had in some time. And the chicken skewers are accompanied by a simple red chile sauce that perfectly accents the succulent bites on the skewers. Service was friendly and knowledgeable; the space is a cool rooftop vibe but was only half-full, so I can imagine it as being boisterous and much louder when full. My only knocks are that pricing is "elevated" and the wine list is pretty short for a food menu of this caliber. And the red wines we tried by the glass were served WAY too warm; our server explained that they're kept out at the rooftop bar. Given the high-level food served here, the wine program needs to be turned up a couple notches, but we'd return here anytime because the food is that good.

    10/10 service and food! I got stuck in traffic and was worried I would miss my reservation. Their hostess was super helpful and worked with us to ensure we got seated. We had to dine quickly to make it to a show down the street and our waitress was excellent at making sure we got everything as soon as it was ready. The food was delicious (we got the papas, beef empanadas, and chicken thigh skewers). Can’t wait to go back when I’m not in such a big rush.

    Made a 9:45 reservation only to be told kitchen closes at 10. Last call for drinks was shortly after. Maybe 10:30. They were rushing us out by 11. That was the most annoying part.

    Came here for their Dine LA menu (lunch,$35). Everything was quite delicious. This menu was shareable portions for all courses. 1st course was avocado dip with plantain and taro chips. So so good and refreshing! 2nd course was a strawberry and mango salad with their homemade Tajin. Sweet strawberries with the tangy mango was a perfect combo. Our 3rd course we chose the Chorizo Skewers which had more of a sausage texture but the flavors were that of a chorizo. It was so savory and juicy, not dry at all. Our last meal were the PB pancakes with quinoa. The crunchy quinoa was my favorite as it added great texture. And lastly, the dine la menu included your choice of sangria, mimosa or mocktail. We went with the Sangria and so glad we did as it paired well with all our dishes. I would definitely comeback here to try their dinner menu.

    Had a really great late dinner on the patio. The server was amazing and the setting and view were fantastic. The food was very good - some awesome takes on more traditional dishes. Great drinks too.

    All of the food was delightful, my favorite being the Jalea Mixta. The view of the city is at night from the restaurant left me awe struck. Definitely recommend stopping by for dinner.

    If you’re looking for a great rooftop brunch spot in DTLA this is it. Service was so friendly and the Dine LA set menu was not only affordable but every dish was beautiful and delicious. The rooftop was nice and seating comfortable for a group of 4. We will be returning for sure!

    Very easy to be in contact with the restaurant over opentable - I was able to request a time change. When we got there the waiter did mention that the restaurant is inspired by Peruvian dishes so it was not authentic but overall the food was good. Me and my friend participated in DineLA for dinner, it was $55 for a shared 7 course meal. My favorite thing would be the wood fire skirt steak, it was so flavorful and tender along with the square potatoes that came with the dish. My least favorite thing was the tomato strawberry and chorizo salad, the flavors didn't blend together for my liking. I also got a beed for $8 and it was very light so I enjoyed it with my food. One thing I noticed was that the dineLA menu on the website is very different from the one that you receive at the restaurant. I did have an issue when it came to service due to us waiting almost 40 minutes for us to get our food, we did ask to switch tables but that only took about 10 minutes and the waiter had forgotten what we asked for our drinks so he had to come back and asked what we ordered. Once we got to our new seats the waiter could of asked if we were ready to order or needed more time - we had mentioned in receiving the food late because food was getting served to the other tables and not us. Waiter did give us small drinks to compensate in us waiting a while but he also didn't check in with us as often than he did the other tables. I would come back but not for regular dinning, I would come back for dineLA again.

    I loved everything about CABRA. First timer and definitely coming back for more. Best Potatoes I ever had on LIFE. Enjoyed my lineup off the MENU.Some Rooftop Vibez. Me and Bae loved it. I highly recommend!!!! 🔥💯🤞🏽👌🏼

    This place needs a Michelin star . Tried the dine LA courses. Must try chicken kabob and steak. The hotel itself is such a fun experience. Breakfast at the cafe, happy hour at the lobby bar & dinner at Cabra is the way to go.

    The food was great, all the dishes had a great flavor to them. Unfortunately the wait to be seated, we had a reservation, was over 40 minutes. Our entrées came out an hour after appetizer but I understand because they were short staffed. Would definitely go back for the food and ambience!

    This was such a bummer. Highly recommended to us and were excited to eat here while visiting our student over USC parents weekend and to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with our student and friends. Leading up, the restaurant was communicative and accommodating when we inquired about increasing our reservation party. Our 7pm reservation was seated at 7:45 which we were patient about and enjoyed the bar while waiting. We ordered family style as soon as we sat down for our party of 7 so we wouldn't delay food service further. Unfortunately, food came incredibly slow, in 30-45 minute increments. Coming up to 2.5 hours seated, we inquired about our main course type heavier items and were told they were on their way, twice. 15-20 minutes later, it was evident those items were not on their way. We had communicated our dissatisfaction with the delay in service throughout our meal and watched tables around us be served and turned over twice. The last delay after 3 hours of being there and everyone beyond hungry was the final straw resulting in our entire meal being comped. While this gesture was appreciated, we are so bummed to not have had a great experience here and just cannot recommend. The food we did receive during those 3 hours was tasty but the long delays put a huge damper on the night and celebration.

    Great food, texture and flavor. Dishes were perfectly balanced. I did find the meat to be a little too chewy, and I didn’t love the cut/size of the salmon ceviche. I’d prefer thinner slices or smaller cubes. Overall a great experience, would come again.

    Food was delicious. Our server was so friendly and helpful -- brought me a separate menu since I'm vegetarian. Ambiance = A+ My only wish was that there was a dessert option. There may have been but I think our waitress left because another guy brought our check and didn't offer us any dessert option. Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

    I dined in Cabra’s Open-Air dining area for my guest’s birthday on Friday Night. The entire staff was affable and attentive, ensuring that my guest and I were well accounted for throughout the dining experience. I would certainly recommend Cabra to my friends and to my parents.

    The staff and service overall was great. I picked a day of the week that wasn't as busy as it would be during the weekend. Great spot to watch the sunset with a delicious drink.
