It's always a good night when we eat at Vallata from the amazing greeter at the door, Christian the bartender and I unfortunately can't recall our awesome servers name but he was super knowledgeable. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and apps and if you like summer spritz's you will love Vallata's selection.

Our waitress asked us upfront if there were any allergies. Out of our party of four, one person had very strict dietary allergies. The waitress acknowledged it. When the plate was delivered, the server even stated it was cooked accordingly. It wasn't and had to be sent back. Other than that, we had an enjoyable evening.

As usual, Tom Colicchio has outdone himself with his Italian restaurant. The food was delicious, service impeccable and ambience was perfection. I especially loved their music playlist for a Sunday night. Can't wait to go back again.
