   Good to grab a quick bite in the area before a show nearby. Service was adequate but a bit lackluster. Food was good, but ordered mostly salad, sides and a burger.

   It had just stopped raining so they wouldn’t seat us in the garden where we wanted to sit. Atmosphere & food was mediocre. The instagram pictures make it look way cooler than it is. And service was blah - no personality or conversational people. Just a quick “what would you like?.” We hardly saw our server. The garden looked scenic. I would only return if I could sit there. Otherwise I’d never recommend this spot. NYC has so much more to offer.

   It was odd that on a Saturday night it was very empty. Nice for a night out when you don’t feel like being around crowds. The decor is beautiful. The service was ok- the server was nice but there was another gentleman there that seemed uncomfortable. Too cold for outside area. The espresso martini was awesome. Didn’t have much food except for the yuca fries and they were bland so hesitated to order more.

   Got to the restaurant and they told us they were overbooked and wouldn’t guarantee seating - despite having a confirmed reservation. Asked us to wait indefinitely. Unfortunately there were multiple other parties in the same boat, and the maitre-d didn’t result have a system to track parties or their wait times. It was very unprofessional. We decided to leave after waiting for a while.

    There were only two other tables there, but they didn't really serve us. Food order was wrong, cold and chicken was questionable. Views were beautiful, but food and service could be much better.

    My wife and I Had dinner at HOWM restaurant Located at Selina in Chelsea New York. I must say the ambulance was Spectacular! The garden is beautifully decorated with wonderful murals , the furniture is modern an extremely comfortable and complemented by beautiful weather. Melina G was our server. She was attentive, courteous, professional and gave us wonderful recommendations. Paul was also amazing and extremely pleasant. The presentation of the signature guacamole was phenomenal and complemented by great taste. The mini Churrasco was perfectly cooked, tender, moist, and extremely tasty. However the star of the night was the chicken à la Brasa- guava glazed with delicious contif tomatoes and Rosemary. By far the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life. I will come back, many compliments to the chef

    The decor in this place is nice but that's it. The menu is very limited for both drinks and food and this is why the review isn't great. The hotel is holding up this restaurant because it was EMPTY on a Saturday, including the rooftop.

    Unbelievable food. You can tell all of the ingredients are very fresh. Compliments to the chef, the dishes are vibrant and full of unique flavors. The service was great as well. I would definitely return.

    Arrived for our 8:45 reservation to learn the kitchen was closing already. Need I say more? Food didn't come out good, drinks were okay and waiting staff looked disheveled even though we were the only ones dining

    We absolutely loved our experience, it was me and 3 guests and our two dogs. The staff was very on top of things and everything was good from the specialty drinks and food, my pup wasn’t a fan of the food but he is a very picky guy, his brother though devoured it and wanted thirds, they both loved the desert for the dogs they definitely wanted seconds. Highly recommend if you would love to take your dogs out somewhere with other dogs being there too and definitely recommend bringing a water bowl and fan with your pup to make sure they stay cool! I would definitely come here again. It is in a area away from the sun

    We went for the puppy experience, and it was pretty terrible. We had to ask the waiter several times for the puppy food, and he forgot multiple times. The fries were excellent, but everything else was pretty bad. The French toast was soggy, and the churros were rock hard. The burger was just okay. Overall this was NOT worth $40/person.

    We joined for the puppy brunch on Sundays - we paid the full price and did not get either the human or puppy desserts that we were supposed to get with the package. None of the “dog experiences” they tout on the site were there. They charge same rate whether you have a dog or not. Our waitress was hardly to be seen and when she was she would just complain about being busy and then not come back / forget our orders (the place wasn’t even near half full). The whole experience was overpriced (given we didn’t get it all) and underwhelming. Don’t bother!

    Friendly, relaxed service. Very accommodating moving us indoors after trying to dine outdoors for Covid safety but heat was too extreme. Great live music, great interiors design as well.

    I enjoyed Puppy Brunch at Howm since the environment was nice, the staff was friendly, and the food was good. I, however, was disappointed when I learned that I was charged slightly more than I was supposed to be.

    Was on the rooftop. View and vibe are great! Food was so so. Arepa sandwiches were great! Service needs a huge step up. There was a private event and so the bartenders (3) were not able to keep up the pace and there seemed to be only one under trained and inattentive waitress providing table service who didn’t have drink menus. When asked what drinks do you have, is there a menu? The answer was “no. we have the usual things”. I know they just opened recently but gotta have trained people and seemed like there was no leadership. Also the host down in lobby told me they “should” have a table for me on the roof despite my reservation because of the private event. “Should?!” What is this a Seinfeld episode? “You know how to take reservations, but not Hold reservations?” Ridiculous

    The drag brunch was fantastic! Really a special experience in a setting I wouldn’t normally seek out. All of the staff were amazing and the food was excellent. The ambiance was beautiful as well, even if it rained so we only sat inside.

    We made this reservation and there ended up being a private event. I don’t know why we were even able to make the reservation but we were not able to order food and drinks were a hassle. It took us quite a while to get there so it was a pretty bad experience overall. Defiantly will not return

    Great ambiance, delicious food, and attentive service! There is an amazing rooftop and an outdoor garden area where you can dine as well (it was raining when we arrived so we moved our table inside). The place had a few large party tables but it didn’t feel crowded or loud. Pleasant design and lighting create the right atmosphere for a date night or a night out with friends. Interesting cocktails to try. Food was good with lots of small plates to choose from for sharing. We ended up skipping the entrees. Very attentive service. The place was great all around and we will definitely be back (for some summertime rooftop visits for sure).
