This is a beautiful place, great place. Great ambiance. However, the service was terrible. It took them 30 mins to bring our drinks. 45-1 hour to bring our food. Not only did I wait that long for the food but the food was trash. I sent back the mussels and octopus. Way too fishy and not good at all. The drinks are only for the gram, they're cute and picture perfect but I personally didn't like them. I don't think I will be returning.

What a hidden gem. It's an absolutely gorgeous restaurant with stunning interiors and drool-worthy menus. The mixologist (David I think?) is so passionate about the cocktails he's created, and he makes them in front of the kitchen window facing the dining room. I LOVE that the menu is 95% gluten-free, and this happens naturally because they cook with mostly latin and Peruvian ingredients like masa, hominy, yuca, sweet potatoes, etc... instead of the usual wheat-based starches. I highly recommend the arepas and ceviche during happy hour. I can't wait to come back and try the full menu. I'm impressed by the reasonable prices and I hope this place sticks around for a long time. Very romantic but would also be good for small groups.

Came for happy hour and we’re glad we did because the food is just okay and it’s extremely overpriced. Same goes for the margarita I had.

Honestly everything was fantastic; from the food to the beverages and ambiance. There were a couple big parties there before we were sat and as a result, it took 20-30 minutes more to get into our seats for our 8:15 reservation and our entree took way too long to come out (due to the kitchen dealing with the big parties), however it was worth the wait. Would definitely be back, and am considering having my next birthday party here.

The food is great, and so are their cocktails. The spritz and tessoro were my fave, and actually very large cocktails. The attention to presentation and detail is spectacular. We ordered the bandeja which is a great value if you’re into sharing. There were 4 of us and we still took home leftovers. The ceviche is to die for, as well as the wagyu arepas. The Starr is very friendly and attentive, and I appreciate the chef coming out to explain the dishes as they were served. The space itself is so beautiful, and is great for a romantic date night or fun night with friends.

The restaurant is gorgeous and last night they had like music, which was a nice addition. The volume of the music while beautiful was way too loud. It made it so everyone was screaming over each other. The decor is gorgeous and the lobby lounge area is a great spot to have a drink before dinner. I had the grouper, which was tasty, but the consistency it was at the fish was over cooked. The vegan ceviche was delicious.

The food was great but the appetizers were the only ones that we weren’t too happy about. They were not that great.. some of the drinks were good not all. The service was good but there was a few times the waiter took long to check on us when we wanted another drink but it did look busy. We had a reservation luckily. Overall it was really nice and different! I loved the steak and sides!! The drinks were unique but some were too sweet and the margarita honestly was strong. Some people love that though. The server was really nice and helpful.

I was excited to go here for my birthday. The service started off amazing the workers were nice took our group picture our waiter gave us a champagne toast and he let us add lamb chops to one of their pre fixe menus for a $10 up charge per person he was super patient also. Up until we received 8 lamb chops for 7 people. $10 more a person for us to have one lamb chop each was crazy. They also brought out fish however we made it clear of the seafood allergies 2 people had and that we wanted strictly lamb chops. They took the fish back, I asked can we substitute or bring us more lamb chops due to the allergy he said no walked away and told us we never told him when in fact we mentioned it twice, the 2nd time it was mentioned was when they brought the appetizers that one included octopus . He spoke to the director who didn’t acknowledge us but sent the manager over who apologized and took the lamb chops back also. The director kept mugging our table also. The manager was very nice and gave us a free shot and served us my cake. Overall 2/10 for me I’m highly disappointed because the tiktok reviews were amazing

it was our first time at Aikana, and we couldn't have had a better time. The cocktails were fun and tasty… The service was friendly and accommodating. The food was outstanding (appetizers, main courses, dessert). The atmosphere was very nice – we sat in the private dining room off the main floor so it was a little quieter. next time, I think we will opt for the main floor. all in all, very pleased with the experience.

5 stars all around! Don’t sleep on this place. Cocktails are excellent, very high level food presentation. All the dishes we had were outstanding elevated and delicious! Ambiance and interior space was so well designed. Was super impressed with the Pan Latino menu from south and Central America. Wagyu arepa was yum!! Place was busy starting at 5:30 on a Saturday which makes sense.

Wow. Just wow. Recommendations and knowledge from our server, Luisa, were ABOVE AND BEYOND! We could not have had a better meal with live South American music and a jungle-like low lit atmosphere beautifully designed. This was such an amazing experience that I will be recommending any one to. I hope they have one in the Bay Area of California because I was BLOWN AWAY! The passion fruit margarita was an extremely memorable cocktail. The lamb with white corn was an incredible recommendation as well. Hats off to Aikana! Thank you all for the visual, audio, and taste ride, team! You have out done yourselves!

The cod wings and wagyu starter were a fabulous way to start our meal. The mains we had were the scallops and the cactus and eggplant, both were outstanding. The Octopus and pork belly left a little to be desired and I would not try it again. I would come back and try the rest of the menu though. Overall, a fantastic experience.
