We enjoyed an excellent dinner here last night. Food was delicious. Their bread service is excellent, with a couple fresh, quality types. I started with a very well executed Caesar salad. Quite tasty! For entrees, my wife had the linguini with clams. She loved the sauce! I had the rolled lasagna. Excellent! For dessert we went with the tiramisu. We weren’t impressed with it. It was on the drier side. Certainly in need of some type of sauce, like an anglaise. When this restaurant first opened, they made the tiramisu table side, which I had never seen done before for this particular dessert, and it was better. Service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. Scenic views of Lake Tahoe from our window table. The former home of the hotel’s buffet, they have transformed the venue into a pleasant dining room, tastefully decorated.

Overpriced for the experience. It was a beautiful view but food and service were average. I expected to be more impressed, given the prices and the ridiculously strict cancellation policy. Bad first impressions- bread was cold, powdery, and tasted like it was straight out of a bag from Sysco, plus we weren't given butter or olive oil for it. Entrees and dessert were okay but underwhelming for the price tag. Most disappointing meal I've had on our trip so far; made me feel like I wasted an opportunity to go somewhere better.

The whole experience was not good. Drinks were watered down they sat too long. had to reorder martinis. pasta was dry service was bad. expected more.

This was an amazing experience! Our Server was “short” Scott and he was super attentive! The view was breathtaking and the food was outstanding. The bread was airy with a nice crunchy crust! I had the Rolled Lasagna which was outstanding and my son had the Chicken Parm both were incredibly flavorful. I would highly recommend you have an evening up high for the views and a fabulous dinner!

Everything was great that the restaurant could control would be 5 star the the couple next was loud and could not stop dropping f bombs for an older couple I was surprised they talked like they were 12

Sapori was very good. The food and service first class. The view excellent over the lake. We had the veal saltimbocca and the mushroom stuffed ravioli. Both were cooked to perfection with good sized portions. There were a number of really interesting items on the menu.

Our server, Gary, was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. Our 11 year old said he was amazzzzzzing. The food was delicious.

Beautiful view from restaurant, Cesar salad was very good, lasagna was okay, gnocchi were well made. They were served with lobster and cream sauce, it was a little sweet but well done. Overall good meal but not great. Service was excellent.
