Mama Delia, located in Chicago's Wicker Park, is a modern Spanish restaurant and sherry bar offering a fresh take on what is happening in Spain today.

Mama Delia is a celebration of the authentic culture of Spain, today. Via our frequent trips to Spain each year, we are able to experience first-hand the cultural shifts this dynamic country undergoes and bring those flavors and culinary traditions back to Chicago.

Led by Chef Marcos Campos, our menus showcase the exquisite regional products of Spain with dishes that are ingredient-driven and nostalgic. Following Chef Marcos’ lead, desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Shannah Primiano combine classic Spanish sweet dishes with her more contemporary methods and intriguing ingredient pairings. The award-winning beverage team, led by industry vanguard Brian Sturgulewski, has built Mama Delia’s bar program around the inimitable versatility of sherry, not only as a world class wine but also as a cocktail ingredient without parallel.

Menu has so much variety, the place looks amazing, you’ll wanna just stay in there all night. The playlist that night was absolutely amazing, upbeat but chill. The food was very creative and priced perfectly for what you’re getting. Our server Andrew knew his stuff. He was very kind and walked us through his favorites which did not disappoint. Very happy we found this place. Would eat here again!

We sat outside but the inside looked fabulous too. Everything we ate was delicious but the favorite was anything with the iberico ham on it. We wanted more steak on our paella but other than that it was a perfect place to celebrate a birthday.

Second visit to Mama Delia and it was exceptional from start to finish. Excellent selection of sherry to explore so I started with a palo cortado and the chefs selection of charcuterie. An excellent Tinto from the compact list paired with everything from carpaccio (stunning) the matrimony of anchovies (this is a work of culinary genius) and the tuna special. I was surprised and delighted that Chef Marcos joined me to close the meal. Service was smart attentive and seamless
