   Always great They ran out of prime rib, the manager was very kind and took one of the sirloins off our bill

   Our party of 10 enjoyed our lunch at Firebirds today following my son's graduation from UTK. Our service, food and overall experience was top notch!!

   Madison was amazing! She is super sweet and funny and made sure we had a wonderful time. Tom and I are glad we were seated in her section. We will definitely be back! Thank you Madison!

   Food was five stars. Service was five stars. Bar service was one star since the bar ran out of clean wine glasses, and my wine was delivered after my meal was finished at 7:00 p.m. Buy more wine glasses or wash them prior to mail service times. This could have been my best experience at Firebirds, but the wine glass glitch made it an unacceptable evening.

   Communications was good, service was ok but not sure of simple things like soup of the day. Rib eye steak did not have any seasoning., not tender. Very bland. Chicken order was more than enough. Definitely a box to go.

    The waitress forgot to bring our appetizer. She brought our meals and we asked about the appetizer. She apologized profusely and offered a free dessert for us to share instead. Our food was average. Nothing interesting or unique that I would go back for.
