I made reservations for a business dinner with a client in Knoxville. I want to say I couldn't be more impressed with the management, to the wait staff, to the food! The mgr. called me ahead of time to understand the occasion & confirm the reservations. He met me @ the door w/ a firm handshake & nice smile, welcoming myself & my business customer. He proceeded to check us on 2-3 times throughout the evening. The waitress was knowledgeable, polite & aware of conversations at the table - to not interrupt. She was spot on & I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone - all 10 of us ordered something different & everyone was talking about how good their food was, along w/ the few drinks from the bar. I'll be back again!

They did not do a good job with breakfast order. Eggs and biscuits were overcooked.

Service was good, but the food does not come close to its price. We had a $25 salad with grilled chicken and a $36 - 7 oz filet m/r . The steak was slightly overcooked and the cut itself lacked the quality one would expect for the price. Very disappointing for an advertised “steak” house. Dirty bird martini lacking the blue cheese olives as advertised in the menu. The lobster and spinach queso appetizer was the highlight of the meal.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary, the service was excellent our waiter did a fantastic job, our food was cooked the way we like it and was very flavorful. The restaurant owner stopped by our table to ask how everything was and he gabbled with us to get to know us and made us feel welcome. The staff made an anniversary card and everyone signed their name and they gave us a dessert to go. We will definitely make a return trip when we are in the area again.

The service was amazing and the food was delicious from appetizers to dessert! The manager was extremely kind and personable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants good food in Knoxville!

This restaurant has become our family's go-to spot for celebrations! We especially love the three-course meals. Our server was great, our dinners were just right, and we had a great time!

We always enjoy Firebirds but Father's Day dinner was definitely an exception. We made reservations but still had to wait for over 30 minutes. Some of the food was good but some was not good at all. The service was not good, except for the manager intervening. He was great! Hopefully, this is the only time this experience will happen at Firebirds.
