   Hoped for a nice experience for Mothers Day. Meal was slow (2.5 hours from sitting down), waiter was curt and later explained he was new and the food was just okay- not hot in some cases.

   Mother’s Day menu. 2 people. Entrees served 10 minutes apart. Fish very spicy. Manager did offer to change order. Server not very attentive. Service was slow. Not very crowded. Provided incorrect check at end. Excellent deserts. Was hoping for better experience.

   The pre fixe Mother's Day menu was a bit spendy, but the food quality and variety, service and setting (inside and outside) were fantastic. Table in a small, more intimate space upstairs right by the windows felt club like. Will make a return trip for sure.

   Beautiful setting but disappointing experience starting with seating. We had a reservation and when we arrived there were 3 available tables. One had to be cleaned and two had to be set. We asked for the table in the middle and were told to wait for it to be set. The hostesses then sat the couple behind us at the table we had just selected and we had to wait longer for another table to be set that was by the busy entrance. Our reservation was half an hour before theirs and the hostesses had just said that table selection was first come first serve. They both seemed just clueless. We then received a menu with a fixed price dinner of $77/person (the normal price on the web is $55/person) for a holiday meal that is not on the web. The food was good and the waiter was very attentive but screaming kids at the next table diminished the overall ambiance. I don’t think we’ll be back for a special occasion again.

   Our experience was less than disappointing. I was advised not to come here on a holiday and I went against that advise. We went for brunch and waited 45 min after ordering for our meal. It wasn’t crowded outside, but not sure what the inside looked like. All the meals came out disappointing and my meal came out completely wrong. I ordered crab Benedict and was brought chicken and waffles. The hash browns were crunchy like kettle chips and tasted old. For 45 min I would have thought things would have been fresh, but it was clear it was not. We spoke to a mgr who tried to make it right, but was still forgetting things like water refills and bread that we had requested. Not sure what was going on with the water either, our waters (all 4) had to be refilled twice because 1) glasses were dirty, then when she came to refill she added a bunch of floaty stuff in our water that she had no idea what it was. It was so much going on. We were able to speak to another mgr and ordered food from the dinner menu which was a pre-fixe and that was disappointing. We didn’t expect a pre-fixed menu. So needless to say our experience was bad. We ordered some simple appetizers and salad because we were starving, but everyone was ready to go. I hadn’t been to Chart House in years and when I came before I loved it. I don’t have a reason to return now.

   Large, loud and energetic - not for a romantic event - nothing intimate. Our waitperson had too many tables spread too far apart and was largely absent. Entrees were not served simultaneously - kitchen not sequenced. Wine list basic and over-priced. Food was delicious however. Had high expectations that were not fully met. Employees make ALL the difference.

   Great dinner experience with a wonderful view! Good service, delicious food and family friendly. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone in the area.

   Overall, good. Only negative, took excessively long for us to get our beers. Additionally, beer was not cold.

   Phenomenal experience today! The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I hosted an appreciation luncheon today for my amazing volunteers! Everyone loved Chart House!

    Dinner at Chart House was everything we hoped for and more. We had a reservation and requested the table by the window overlooking the water—it was absolutely beautiful. Watching the boats drift by and the sunset reflect across the harbor added a calm, almost magical backdrop to the evening. It felt like the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable night out. Our server, Charles, was fantastic from the moment we sat down. He was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout the night. One of us doesn’t eat pork, and Charles was incredibly helpful—he pointed out which dishes included pork or pork-based ingredients without us even having to ask. That kind of awareness and care made the experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. He clearly knew the menu well and made sure we were taken care of without ever being intrusive. We started with the Kim Chee Calamari, which was a bold and delicious twist on a classic appetizer—crispy with a kick of spice and that signature kimchi flavor that made it totally unique. We also shared the Oyster Sampler, which came out beautifully presented and incredibly fresh. Every oyster was clean, cold, and full of that perfect briny flavor you hope for. For entrées, we ordered the Sea Bass, the Lobster Risotto, and the Savory Shrimp Pasta. The sea bass was flaky and buttery, served with the perfect blend of sauces and vegetables to bring it all together. The lobster risotto was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor—hands down one of the best risottos we’ve ever had. The shrimp pasta lived up to its name—savory, comforting, and loaded with shrimp. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully plated. Charles checked in at all the right times, always making sure drinks were full, the pacing of the meal was smooth, and that we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.
